El disfraz espa\u00f1ol era obligado por motivos profesionales. La bufanda portuguesa porque necesitaba un poco de equilibrio interior. La intercambi\u00e9 con un periodista luso que estaba en el mismo comedor que nosotros. \u00c9l vio el partido con una bufanda espa\u00f1ola. Sufri\u00f3 m\u00e1s que yo.<\/p>\n<p>Si el deporte fuera un acontecimiento civilizado, tendr\u00edamos que buscar reglas que hicieran que se rigiera por la raz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si utiliz\u00e1ramos la raz\u00f3n, lo que convendr\u00eda siempre es que ganaran los equipos con mayor n\u00famero de seguidores, pero d\u00e1ndole emoci\u00f3n hasta el \u00faltimo segundo. De esta forma estar\u00edamos expectantes, que tiene su gracia, y la mayor\u00eda ser\u00eda feliz. Un sistema de recuento secreto del deseo de los ciudadanos debiera determinar a qu\u00e9 equipo corresponde la victoria.<\/p>\n<p>En un principio, parece preferible que la selecci\u00f3n italiana gane a la espa\u00f1ola. En Italia son m\u00e1s que en Espa\u00f1a y por tanto habr\u00eda un mayor n\u00famero de personas saltando de felicidad en las calles, con la camiseta de su selecci\u00f3n. Pero esa es una visi\u00f3n cortometrista. Para hacer las cosas bien, de forma razonada, la felicidad tiene que ser mundial. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos ciudadanos del mundo prefer\u00edan que ganara la selecci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola y cu\u00e1ntos la italiana? Claro que para hacerlo completamente bien habr\u00eda que medir tambi\u00e9n la intensidad de ese deseo.<\/p>\n<p>El deporte desata mucha m\u00e1s pasi\u00f3n y emoci\u00f3n que la pol\u00edtica. Incluso en momentos convulsos como el actual un pa\u00eds se paraliza por el deporte, salta a la calle enrojecido y le da la espalda al fuego diario. Quiz\u00e1 nos hayamos equivocado.
