Est\u00e1 a la venta desde 57.400 \u20ac, es decir, hay una reducci\u00f3n en el precio de unos 4.000 \u20ac respecto al modelo anterior.<br \/>\nEl nuevo S4 presenta una serie de novedades muy importantes. Lleva un motor TFSI V6 de inyecci\u00f3n directa con 3,0 l de cilindrada y 333 CV de potencia m\u00e1xima, que est\u00e1 sobrealimentado con un compresor volum\u00e9trico. Adem\u00e1s, por primera vez en la historia, el S4 puede comprarse con un cambio autom\u00e1tico \u00abS Tronic\u00bb de siete velocidades.<br \/>\nRespecto al anterior S4 (4.2 V8 344 CV), tiene unas prestaciones mejores y hay una notable reducci\u00f3n en el consumo de casi 4 l\/100 (ahora consume 9,7 l\/100 km en ciclo combinado, e incluso algo menos con el cambio \u00abS Tronic\u00bb).<br \/>\nNo es la primera vez que el S4 lleva un motor V6 ni que est\u00e1 sobrealimentado.
