La decisi\u00f3n supone adem\u00e1s un cambio relevante en la pol\u00edtica de electrificaci\u00f3n de la marca, que <strong>abandona su idea de vender \u00fanicamente coches el\u00e9ctricos en Europa a partir de 2030.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva ofensiva de producto llega en un momento delicado para Ford en Europa. <strong>La marca ha perdido cuota de mercado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os<\/strong>, mientras fabricantes chinos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/byd\">BYD<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/mg\">MG<\/a> ganan terreno con rapidez gracias a una oferta de el\u00e9ctricos e h\u00edbridos m\u00e1s competitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Almussafes gana ox\u00edgeno con el nuevo Bronco europeo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El anuncio del nuevo modelo de la familia Bronco supone una inyecci\u00f3n de esperanza y estabilidad para la f\u00e1brica valenciana de Ford. <strong>La planta solo produce actualmente el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/ford\/kuga\/2024\/estandar\/informacion\">Kuga<\/a><\/strong> y atraviesa una etapa complicada, con parte de la plantilla \u2014cercana a los 4000 trabajadores\u2014 afectada por ERTE y Mecanismo RED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Ford-Kuga-Vista-lateral-frontal-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Ford Kuga - Vista lateral frontal\" class=\"wp-image-67297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Ford-Kuga-Vista-lateral-frontal-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Ford-Kuga-Vista-lateral-frontal-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Ford-Kuga-Vista-lateral-frontal-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">El Ford Kuga, fabricado en la planta de Almussafes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo modelo ser\u00e1 un SUV compacto robusto y \u00abmultienerg\u00eda\u00bb, lo que significa que <strong>contar\u00e1 con diferentes tipos de motorizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Ford ha confirmado que la producci\u00f3n arrancar\u00e1 en 2028 y que el coche <strong>llegar\u00e1 al mercado previsiblemente a finales de 2029<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Bronco europeo formar\u00e1 parte de una gama de cinco nuevos turismos para el mercado europeo. Seg\u00fan la estrategia presentada por la compa\u00f1\u00eda, <strong>dos ser\u00e1n completamente el\u00e9ctricos y tres utilizar\u00e1n tecnolog\u00edas h\u00edbridas o de combusti\u00f3n electrificada.<\/strong> Entre ellos habr\u00e1 un peque\u00f1o el\u00e9ctrico del segmento B, un SUV el\u00e9ctrico compacto y dos crossover multienerg\u00eda.<br><br>Uno de esos modelos es el nuevo Fiesta. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/el-ford-fiesta-resucitara-gracias-al-renault-5\/\">Ford ya anunci\u00f3 a finales de 2025<\/a> que iba a lanzar un modelo el\u00e9ctrico basado en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/renault\/5\/2025\/estandar\/informacion\">Renault 5<\/a>. De hecho se fabricar\u00e1 en la planta de Renault, junto con el 5 y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/nissan\/micra\/2026\/5-puertas\/informacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nissan Micra<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n tiene especial relevancia porque Ford hab\u00eda apostado hace pocos a\u00f1os por una electrificaci\u00f3n total de su gama europea antes de 2030. Ahora <strong>la compa\u00f1\u00eda considera que el mercado no est\u00e1 preparado para avanzar tan r\u00e1pido y defiende una transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s gradual.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ford busca recuperar terreno frente a las marcas chinas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La ofensiva de producto tambi\u00e9n responde al deterioro comercial de Ford en Europa. <strong>La marca vendi\u00f3 algo m\u00e1s de 426 000 coches en el continente durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, lejos del m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de unidades que matriculaba hace una d\u00e9cada.<\/strong> Su cuota europea cay\u00f3 hasta el 2,8 % durante el primer trimestre de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del cambio tecnol\u00f3gico, Ford intenta <strong>recuperar identidad propia en Europa<\/strong> tras la desaparici\u00f3n de modelos hist\u00f3ricos como el Fiesta o el Mondeo.
