Dentro de este cat\u00e1logo, las flechas son vectores que definen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La organizaci\u00f3n del flujo.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La jerarqu\u00eda de paso<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La geometr\u00eda de la v\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, interpretar correctamente una flecha depende no solo de su forma, sino de su ubicaci\u00f3n y del c\u00f3digo de color de la se\u00f1al que la contiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las se\u00f1ales que incorporan flechas se dividen en cuatro categor\u00edas cr\u00edticas: <strong>peligro, prioridad, obligaci\u00f3n e indicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Cada una de ellas prepara al conductor para una transici\u00f3n en la din\u00e1mica de la conducci\u00f3n, ya sea una reducci\u00f3n de velocidad por riesgo o una maniobra obligatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Direcciones y prioridad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los puntos donde la interpretaci\u00f3n de las flechas es m\u00e1s vital es en las intersecciones y estrechamientos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las <strong>proximidades de una rotonda<\/strong>, la se\u00f1al de peligro\u00a0<strong>P-4<\/strong>\u00a0(intersecci\u00f3n con circulaci\u00f3n giratoria) advierte de un cambio en la prioridad, informando que el sentido del flujo sigue el de las flechas. La se\u00f1al\u00a0<strong>R-6<\/strong>\u00a0(cuadrada y azul) indica que el conductor tiene prioridad respecto al sentido contrario; aqu\u00ed, la flecha blanca hacia adelante simboliza la preferencia. La se\u00f1al&nbsp;<strong>R-400c<\/strong>&nbsp;y sus variantes marcan el \u00fanico sentido permitido (derecha, izquierda o frente), invalidando cualquier otra opci\u00f3n de giro. Esta indica carriles reservados en funci\u00f3n de una velocidad m\u00ednima obligatoria.
