Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda el hardware ha pasado a ser una base que solo alcanza su m\u00e1ximo potencial mediante una gesti\u00f3n l\u00f3gica precisa. El software, adem\u00e1s de controlar el infoentretenimiento, es el <strong>responsable de optimizar cada gramo de combustible<\/strong> o cada vatio de energ\u00eda extra\u00eddo de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La respuesta corta a si el software afecta al consumo es un <strong>s\u00ed rotundo<\/strong>. De hecho, es habitual que dos veh\u00edculos con configuraciones mec\u00e1nicas id\u00e9nticas arrojen cifras de consumo distintas si sus unidades de control operan con programaciones diferentes. La electr\u00f3nica toma <strong>miles de decisiones por segundo<\/strong> para equilibrar las demandas del conductor con las restricciones de emisiones y eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combusti\u00f3n y transmisi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En los motores de combusti\u00f3n interna, el software gestiona los mapas de inyecci\u00f3n de una manera muy precisa. El software <strong>gestiona el inversor<\/strong>, que es el cerebro que transforma la corriente continua de la bater\u00eda en alterna para el motor. La eficiencia con la que se realiza esta conversi\u00f3n y la agresividad de la frenada regenerativa, que puede recuperar energ\u00eda de forma mucho m\u00e1s eficaz con una l\u00f3gica de control optimizada, son puramente <strong>dependientes de l\u00edneas de c\u00f3digo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actualizaciones OTA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los cambios de paradigma m\u00e1s importantes en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os es la capacidad de los veh\u00edculos para recibir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/actualizaciones-ota-riesgos\/\">actualizaciones OTA<\/a>, de las que ya hemos hablado en km77.com. A diferencia de los coches de hace una d\u00e9cada, cuya eficiencia estaba congelada desde el momento en que sal\u00edan de la l\u00ednea de montaje, los coches actuales <strong>pueden mejorar sus cifras de consumo<\/strong> meses o a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de su compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabricantes de diversos segmentos han demostrado que, mediante el refinamiento del software, a trav\u00e9s de estas actualizaciones, se puede <strong>optimizar la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> de las bater\u00edas o reducir la fricci\u00f3n interna de los motores el\u00e9ctricos mediante ajustes en el control de campo magn\u00e9tico.
