Esta alianza estrat\u00e9gica incluye tambi\u00e9n una colaboraci\u00f3n en el sector de los veh\u00edculos comerciales ligeros. Se trata de un acuerdo que <strong>no afecta al que Ford firm\u00f3 con Volkswagen en 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los objetivos de este plan es recuperar parte de la cuota de mercado europeo que Ford ha ido perdiendo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os \u2014actualmente es de poco m\u00e1s del 3 %, cuando en su mejor momento rondaba el 12 %\u2014.<strong> El Ford m\u00e1s asequible parte hoy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/buscador\/datos?grouped=0&amp;order=price-asc&amp;markets%5b%5d=current&amp;nqls%5b%5d=ve:car:ford\">de 24 000 euros<\/a><\/strong>, mientras que Renault lo hace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/buscador\/datos?grouped=0&amp;order=price-asc&amp;markets%5b%5d=current&amp;nqls%5b%5d=ve:car:renault\">desde 16 000 euros<\/a> y Volkswagen, desde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/buscador\/datos?grouped=0&amp;order=price-asc&amp;markets%5b%5d=current&amp;nqls%5b%5d=ve:car:volkswagen\">20 000 euros<\/a>. Las \u00faltimas unidades salieron de la planta de Colonia (Alemania), cuyas l\u00edneas fueron reconvertidas para la fabricaci\u00f3n de los modelos el\u00e9ctricos Explorer y Capri. En noviembre de 2025 ces\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n del Focus y con ello <strong>la gama actual de Ford pas\u00f3 a estar compuesta \u00fanicamente por SUV\/crossover y furgonetas<\/strong> (la \u00fanica excepci\u00f3n es el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/ford\/mustang\/2024\/fastback\/informacion\">Mustang<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Capri y el Explorer se est\u00e1n vendiendo a un<strong> ritmo inferior al esperado y a consecuencia de ello, 1000 trabajadores de la factor\u00eda de Colonia fueron despedidos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de reducir el ritmo de trabajo a un \u00fanico turno. Ford tiene la esperanza de que la reentrada en el sector de los veh\u00edculos de turismo de peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o les ayude a recuperar parte del terreno perdido. Y con la colaboraci\u00f3n con Renault, a hacerlo de la manera m\u00e1s rentable posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa b\u00fasqueda de la rentabilidad es el motivo principal por el que Ford ha decidido <strong>desestimar la plataforma MEB Entry del Grupo Volkswagen<\/strong> en favor de la AmpR Small del Grupo Renault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/renault-electricity-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/renault-electricity-980x490.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/renault-electricity-480x240.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los nuevos Ford el\u00e9ctricos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primero de los dos nuevos modelos llegar\u00e1 a <strong>principios de 2028 y podr\u00eda significar el regreso de la denominaci\u00f3n Fiesta<\/strong>. Estar\u00e1 estrechamente relacionado con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/nissan\/micra\/2026\/5-puertas\/informacion\">Nissan Micra<\/a> y el Renault 5 y se fabricar\u00e1 en el polo industrial ElectriCity que Renault tiene en Douai, Francia. Su precio podr\u00eda <strong>situarse en torno a 22 000 o 23 000 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El segundo modelo sea posiblemente el <strong>reemplazo del actual Puma Gen-E<\/strong>, es decir, un peque\u00f1o crossover que en este caso tomar\u00eda como base el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/renault\/4\/2025\/estandar\/informacion\">Renault 4<\/a>. No obstante, en este caso nos adentramos demasiado en el terreno de las conjeturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque Ford no ha confirmado nada al respecto, es razonable pensar que la parte mec\u00e1nica de los nuevos modelos ser\u00e1 id\u00e9ntica a la de los Renault, es decir, que habr\u00e1 <strong>versiones de entre 95 y 218 CV<\/strong> (este \u00faltimo para unas posibles versiones ST) y bater\u00edas NCM de<strong> 40 y 52 kWh<\/strong>. Aunque tambi\u00e9n es probable que debido al desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda haya algunos cambios, como por ejemplo el paso a la <strong>qu\u00edmica LFP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Renault-plataforma-AmpR-Small-R5-port-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Renault-plataforma-AmpR-Small-R5-port-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Renault-plataforma-AmpR-Small-R5-port-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que Ford s\u00ed que confirma es que sus modelos tendr\u00e1n un desarrollo propio, un <strong>\u00abADN aut\u00e9ntico de la marca Ford\u00bb<\/strong> que les dar\u00e1 unas cualidades de conducci\u00f3n distintas a los modelos de del Grupo Renault. Es decir, no ser\u00e1n un cambio de atuendo como sucede con el Renault 5 y el Nissan Micra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el director ejecutivo de Ford,<strong> Jim Farley<\/strong>: \u00abLa asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica con el Grupo Renault supone un paso importante para Ford y respalda nuestra estrategia de construir un negocio altamente eficiente y preparado para el futuro en Europa.
