{"id":6278,"date":"2015-12-18T09:53:29","date_gmt":"2015-12-18T08:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.km77.com\/engendromecanico\/?p=6278"},"modified":"2022-09-19T09:31:07","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T07:31:07","slug":"las-claves-del-plan-movea-de-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/las-claves-del-plan-movea-de-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Las claves del Plan MOVEA de 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Plan MOVEA de 2016 (Plan de Impulso a la Movilidad con Veh\u00edculos de Energ\u00edas Alternativas) tiene como objetivo fomentar la compra de veh\u00edculos que utilicen combustibles diferentes a la gasolina y el gas\u00f3leo: veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos e h\u00edbridos, de gas natural (GNC, GNL) y de gas licuado del petr\u00f3leo (GLP). En los dos \u00faltimos casos tambi\u00e9n se incluye a los veh\u00edculos bifuel, es decir, los que adem\u00e1s del combustible alternativo puedan utilizar gasolina.\u00a0Igualmente, MOVEA incentiva la instalaci\u00f3n de puntos de recarga para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.<br \/>\nEl plazo de solicitud ser\u00e1 desde el 1 de enero y hasta el 15 de octubre de 2016.\u00a0Tiene una dotaci\u00f3n de 16 600 000 \u20ac y unifica los anteriores planes MOVELE \u2014de ayudas para la compra de coches el\u00e9ctricos\u2014 y PIMA Aire \u2014renovaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos industriales\u2014. Los fondos destinados al Plan MOVELE 2015 se terminaron\u00a0a finales de octubre, de manera que \u00ablas reservas provisionales realizadas en el Programa MOVELE 2015 y que no hayan podido ser activadas por agotamiento del presupuesto a 31 de diciembre de 2015, ser\u00e1n transferidas al Plan MOVEA, con cargo a su presupuesto\u00bb.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6293\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto.jpe\" alt=\"plan movea foto\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto.jpe 1200w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-300x200.jpe 300w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-1024x684.jpe 1024w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-768x513.jpe 768w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-600x401.jpe 600w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-1080x721.jpe 1080w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-980x654.jpe 980w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plan-movea-foto-480x320.jpe 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><br \/>\n<!--more-->Seg\u00fan el Gobierno, esta medida busca fomentar la sostenibilidad, reducir las emisiones y diversificar las fuentes de energ\u00eda utilizadas en el sector del transporte, con el objetivo de ir reduciendo paulatinamente la dependencia del petr\u00f3leo. Las ayudas por veh\u00edculo van desde los 200 euros para las bicicletas que utilizan un motor el\u00e9ctrico de apoyo al pedaleo hasta los 20 000 euros para los camiones y autocares.<br \/>\nLos turismos el\u00e9ctricos o h\u00edbridos enchufables que puedan beneficiarse del Plan MOVEA no deben costar m\u00e1s de 32 000 euros antes de impuestos (41 000 incluy\u00e9ndolos). En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/buscador\/datos?grouped=0&amp;price-max=41000&amp;fuel_categories[]=electrico&amp;markets[]=onsale&amp;order=price-asc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">este<\/a> y este enlace se pueden ver los listados de ambos tipos\u00a0de veh\u00edculos y cuyo precio es inferior a 41000 euros.\u00a0 Sus compradores recibir\u00e1n una ayuda de entre 2700 y 5500 euros en funci\u00f3n de la autonom\u00eda medida en modo exclusivamente el\u00e9ctrico que haya sido homologada para el veh\u00edculo \u20142700 \u20ac para autonom\u00edas entre 15 y 40 km, 3700 \u20ac entre 40 y 90 km y 5500 \u20ac para los que recorren m\u00e1s de 90 km\u2014.<br \/>\nPara que el usuario pueda orientarse en este sentido, de entre los veh\u00edculos h\u00edbridos enchufables, incluyendo impuestos, un Toyota Prius In-Hybrid \u201430 600 \u20ac con descuentos\u2014 recorre en modo el\u00e9ctrico 25 km; un VW Golf GTE \u201435 630 \u20ac con descuentos\u2014, 50 km y un Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV \u201432 500 \u20ac con descuentos\u2014, 52 km.<br \/>\nTodos los turismos puramente el\u00e9ctricos, por su autonom\u00eda superior a 90 km, se benefician del descuento completo de 5500 \u20ac. Los semi-r\u00e1pidos cargan la bater\u00eda de un veh\u00edculo en unas cuatro horas, emplean 32 amperios de intensidad y entregan una potencia el\u00e9ctrica de unos 7,3 kW. Los r\u00e1pidos pueden recargar un 65% de la bater\u00eda en unos 15 minutos entregando una potencia de unos 50 kW.<br \/>\nLas ayudas para turismos cuyos motores de combusti\u00f3n se alimentan de GLP o bifuel ser\u00e1n de 1000 euros para aquellos cuyo precio sin\u00a0impuestos no supere los 10 000 euros y de 2500 euros para los que cuesten menos de 25 000 euros, tambi\u00e9n antes\u00a0de impuestos. El turismo a achatarrar debe estar matriculado antes del 1 de enero de 2006 y haber pertenecido al interesado durante al menos un\u00a0a\u00f1o.<br \/>\nEl importe total de las ayudas del Plan MOVEA se distribuir\u00e1 de la siguiente manera:<br \/>\n2 000 000 \u20ac para veh\u00edculos propulsados por gas natural , 1 300 000 \u20ac para aquellos que utilizan gas licuado del petr\u00f3leo , 4 500 000 \u20ac euros para la implantaci\u00f3n de puntos de recarga para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos (3 000 000 \u20ac para los r\u00e1pidos y 1 000 000 \u20ac para los semirr\u00e1pidos) y, por \u00faltimo, 8 800 000 \u20ac que ser\u00e1n repartidos entre los diferentes tipos de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos que a continuaci\u00f3n exponemos.\u00a0De los 8 800 000 \u20ac, turismos y cuadriciclos recibir\u00e1n 4 500 000 \u20ac; autobuses, furgonetas y camiones 3 800 000 \u20ac; motocicletas 300 000 \u20ac y bicicletas de pedaleo asistido por motor el\u00e9ctrico recibir\u00e1n 200 000 \u20ac.<br \/>\nEn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2015\/11\/28\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2015-12900.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">este<\/a> enlace se puede acceder a la publicaci\u00f3n del BOE que recoge toda la informaci\u00f3n relativa al Plan MOVEA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Plan MOVEA de 2016 (Plan de Impulso a la Movilidad con Veh\u00edculos de Energ\u00edas Alternativas) tiene como objetivo fomentar la compra de veh\u00edculos que utilicen combustibles diferentes a la gasolina y el gas\u00f3leo: veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos e h\u00edbridos, de gas natural (GNC, GNL) y de gas licuado del petr\u00f3leo (GLP).
