Me ha hecho ilusi\u00f3n encontrarlas. <\/p>\n<p>En toda mi vida, nunca he encontrado mujeres en Espa\u00f1a que lleven autobuses. Hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os en Birmingham en todas las l\u00edneas de autob\u00fas hab\u00eda conductoras. Y en Espa\u00f1a, a saber por qu\u00e9, yo no encontraba conductoras de autob\u00fas pr\u00e1cticamente nunca.<\/p>\n<p>Me gusta que las mujeres hagan trabajos que, misteriosamente, hasta ahora, s\u00f3lo hac\u00edamos los hombres.<\/p>\n<p>Y, adem\u00e1s, me gusta porque cuando conduce una mujer uno puede encontrar, como me he encontrado hoy en la l\u00ednea 32, una sonrisa abierta, franca, naturalmente amable, dir\u00eda que contenta por hacer su trabajo (algo que tambi\u00e9n sucede con los hombres, pero que no es frecuente).<\/p>\n<p>Al bajar del autob\u00fas me he despedido de la conductora (como hago con frecuencia):<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Adi\u00f3s, muchas gracias.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Adi\u00f3s, de nada\u2014 me ha contestado y a la vez que contestaba se ha girado r\u00e1pidamente, como sorprendida, con una amplia sonrisa. Mira que es dif\u00edcil encontrar esa amabilidad en un conductor de autob\u00fas, a saber por qu\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>(S\u00e9 que hay muchas mujeres antipatiqu\u00edsimas, que en cuanto se acostumbran a su trabajo son inaguantables y tratan fatal a los clientes. Lo he visto en los ministerios a patadas y en restaurantes y en tiendas. S\u00ed, lo s\u00e9. Y hombres amabil\u00edsimos. Y viceversa. Pero las mujeres que conducen autobuses ahora en Madrid parecen contentas. Quiz\u00e1 sea por la novedad.
