Suceder\u00e1 de esta manera a Carlos Tavares, que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/carlos-tavares-dimite-como-ceo-de-stellantis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">abandon\u00f3 la compa\u00f1\u00eda en diciembre de 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Stellantis ha seleccionado por unanimidad a Filosa para convertirse en el nuevo director ejecutivo. Su investidura se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en una Junta Extraordinaria de Accionistas que se celebrar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas (no sabemos la fecha). Suceda cuando tenga que suceder, la Junta le ha otorgado <strong>plena autoridad y poderes de CEO a partir del 23 de junio<\/strong>. Los que le conocen dicen que tiene un car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s <strong>cercano y un enfoque m\u00e1s colaborativo<\/strong> que contrasta con la direcci\u00f3n rigurosa y estricta de su predecesor. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se reflejar\u00e1 todo esto en los productos de Stellantis de los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n es Antonio Filosa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonio Filosa es un <strong>hombre italiano que naci\u00f3 en N\u00e1poles en 1973<\/strong>. Estudi\u00f3 ingenier\u00eda y administraci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de empresa. <strong>Su carrera laboral empez\u00f3 en Fiat, en el a\u00f1o 1999<\/strong>, desempe\u00f1ando diferentes funciones en Europa y Sudam\u00e9rica. En 2005 pas\u00f3 a centrarse en las operaciones en Sudam\u00e9rica de lo que en aquellos a\u00f1os se conoc\u00eda como Fiat Chrysler Automobiles\u00a0(FCA). En el a\u00f1o 2018 se convirti\u00f3 en el <strong>director de operaciones de la regi\u00f3n de Sudam\u00e9rica de FCA<\/strong> y encumbr\u00f3 a Fiat como l\u00edder del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filosa conserv\u00f3 su t\u00edtulo de director de operaciones tras la creaci\u00f3n de Stellantis en 2021 (fruto de la fusi\u00f3n de FCA y PSA) y continu\u00f3 ganando prestigio con la <strong>gesti\u00f3n de Peugeot, Citro\u00ebn, RAM y Jeep<\/strong>. Fue uno de los impulsores de la creaci\u00f3n de la planta de Pernambuco (Brasil; inaugurada en 2015), que impuls\u00f3 las ventas de Jeep en este pa\u00eds, convirtiendo el mercado brasile\u00f1o en el <strong>segundo m\u00e1s importante para la firma americana<\/strong> tras el de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En noviembre de <strong>2023 fue nombrado CEO de Jeep<\/strong>, siendo uno de sus objetivos primordiales expandir la presencia global de la marca de todoterrenos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si nada se tuerce, Antonio Filosa ser\u00e1 el nuevo CEO de Stellantis.
