Una alternativa interesante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bajo la denominaci\u00f3n CrossClimate, Michelin pondr\u00e1 a la venta en mayo de 2015 una nueva gama de neum\u00e1ticos para turismos que combinan caracter\u00edsticas de los de verano (los que tienen la mayor\u00eda de autom\u00f3viles en Espa\u00f1a) y los de invierno.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5934\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CrossClimate.jpg\" alt=\"CrossClimate\" width=\"700\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CrossClimate.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CrossClimate-480x343.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/>Michelin dice que no es un neum\u00e1tico de la categor\u00eda \u00aballweather\u00bb porque los CrossClimate tienen un rendimiento similar a los de verano sobre suelo seco, algo que no ocurre con los \u00aballweather\u00bb. Seg\u00fan los datos que nos ha proporcionado \u2014provenientes de ensayos de los organismos TUV SUD, Dekra Test Center y UTAC-CERAM\u2014, la distancia de frenado en seco de los CrossClimate es ligeramente peor que los de verano (la referencia es unos Michelin Energy Saver+), mientras que en mojado los mejoran. Respecto a un allweather (Michelin ha utilizado como referencia unos Goodyear Vector 4Seasons; no comercializa neum\u00e1ticos allseason en Europa), los Crossline son notablemente mejor en la frenada en seco y similares en el agarre en curva mojada.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5937\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/puntuacion.jpg\" alt=\"puntuacion\" width=\"700\" height=\"336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/puntuacion.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/puntuacion-480x230.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/>Al estar certificados como neum\u00e1ticos de invierno (en el flanco del neum\u00e1tico aparece el s\u00edmbolo de la monta\u00f1a con tres picos en cuyo interior hay un copo de nieve) se puede circular con ellos durante todo el a\u00f1o, incluso en conduciones en las que las que Tr\u00e1fico obliga a circular con cadenas o neum\u00e1ticos de invierno. Lo que les diferencia de los de invierno puros es que los CrossClimate no funcionan igual de bien sobre superficies heladas, por lo que Michelin aconseja los CrossClimate a aquellos conductores que no tengan que hacer un uso exigente sobre superficies nevadas y tan s\u00f3lo vayan a darle ese uso ocasionalmente.<br \/>\nHe conducido un Volkswagen Golf en tres zonas de pruebas que ha dise\u00f1ado Michelin. Una frenada en seco, una circunferencia mojada y una pendiente con nieve. He hecho el recorrido una vez con neum\u00e1ticos Michelin de verano y otra con los Michelin CrossClimate. En la frenada en seco (desde 55 km\/h hasta detener el coche), el de verano ha necesitado aproximadamente un metro menos para detener el Golf.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5932\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/adherencia-mojado.jpg\" alt=\"adherencia mojado\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" \/><br \/>\nEn la circunferencia mojada (tanto por un sistema de riego como por la lluvia), con ambos neum\u00e1ticos el subviraje aparec\u00eda a la misma velocidad (55 km\/h). El tacto de direcci\u00f3n me ha parecido muy similar entre ambos, incluso algo mejor el de los CrossClimate en la prueba del c\u00edrculo mojado, si bien el subviraje aparec\u00eda de manera algo m\u00e1s brusca.<br \/>\nLa diferencia m\u00e1s notable ha sido a la hora de subir una pendiente del ocho por ciento con nieve. El Golf con los neum\u00e1ticos de verano ha sido incapaz de avanzar m\u00e1s de medio metro; en cambio, con los CrossClimate, ha iniciado la marcha y subido la cuesta sin que las ruedas patinasen.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5936\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/nieve.jpg\" alt=\"nieve\" width=\"700\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/nieve.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/nieve-480x194.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><br \/>\nOtros dos aspectos positivos de este nuevo neum\u00e1tico son que, en la etiqueta europea, obtiene mejor nota en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica que los allseason y los de invierno, adem\u00e1s de ser menos ruidoso, incluso que los de verano.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5939\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/etiqueta-europea1.jpg\" alt=\"etiqueta-europea\" width=\"700\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/etiqueta-europea1.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/etiqueta-europea1-480x137.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><br \/>\nMichelin dice que para lograr estos resultados ha dise\u00f1ado un elast\u00f3mero para la banda de rodadura que mantiene su flexibilidad en un margen amplio de temperaturas, con lo que consigue una adherencia adecuada tanto cuando hace calor como cuando la temperatura es muy baja. Bajo esa capa de la banda de rodadura, hay otra en la que ha utilizado silice para reducir el calentamiento (cuando una rueda se calienta es que se est\u00e1 desaprovechando energ\u00eda y, por tanto, incrementando el consumo).<br \/>\nMe ha llamado la atenci\u00f3n que en el dise\u00f1o del neum\u00e1tico no existen las peque\u00f1as laminillas habituales de los neum\u00e1ticos de invierno. En el CrossClimate, hay una laminilla larga en cada una de las uves que conforman el dibujo del neum\u00e1tico.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5933\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CrossClimate-detalle.jpg\" alt=\"CrossClimate detalle\" width=\"700\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CrossClimate-detalle.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CrossClimate-detalle-480x200.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/>Sobre el precio, en Michelin nos han indicado que ser\u00e1, de media, un 10 % superior al neum\u00e1tico de verano Michelin Energy Saver + (este modelo, de medidas 205\/55 R16 con \u00edndice de carga 91 y V de velocidad, se puede adquirir en internet por 79 \u20ac).<br \/>\nEn mayo de 2015, Michelin ofrecer\u00e1 los CrossClimate para las medidas que aparecen en la tabla siguiente.
