{"id":57102,"date":"2024-09-29T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-29T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/?p=57102"},"modified":"2024-09-28T22:01:29","modified_gmt":"2024-09-28T20:01:29","slug":"bmw-z3-suspension-de-serie-frente-a-deportiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/bmw-z3-suspension-de-serie-frente-a-deportiva\/","title":{"rendered":"BMW Z3 | Suspensi\u00f3n de serie frente a deportiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En 2019 compr\u00e9 un <strong>BMW Z3 2.0 Roadster<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/bmw\/z3\/1996\/roadster\/estandar\/z3-20i-roadster\/datos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ficha t\u00e9cnica<\/a>) con 102 000 km al que su due\u00f1o anterior nunca le hab\u00eda cambiado la suspensi\u00f3n, ni muelles ni amortiguadores. No me importaba, <strong>el coche iba bien, algo blandito<\/strong>, pero no era un impedimento para darme paseos al fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el paso del tiempo mi perspectiva cambi\u00f3 y empec\u00e9 a desear algo m\u00e1s de firmeza y de control del balanceo. En foros de internet siempre hab\u00eda le\u00eddo que el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/performance.bilstein.com\/en\/products\/bilstein-b12\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kit Bilstein B12<\/a> era una opci\u00f3n muy aconsejable<\/strong>, pero no quer\u00eda gastarme mucho dinero y, adem\u00e1s, ten\u00eda una aprensi\u00f3n tremenda hacia el proceso de homologaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed que pens\u00e9 que <strong>cambiando muelles y amortiguadores<\/strong> por unos de caracter\u00edsticas equivalentes a los de origen (puse Kayaba y Sachs respectivamente) <strong>recuperar\u00eda una parte de la firmeza perdida<\/strong> por el paso de los kil\u00f3metros. Tambi\u00e9n cambi\u00e9 los silentbocks de los brazos de control delanteros, as\u00ed como las bieletas de la estabilizadora delantera.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1442\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20230414_093530-edited-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20230414_093530-edited-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20230414_093530-edited-1280x721.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20230414_093530-edited-980x552.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20230414_093530-edited-480x270.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 2560px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Not\u00e9 una muy ligera mejor\u00eda. Apenas nada. Era pr\u00e1cticamente el mismo coche y no estaba conforme con la soluci\u00f3n. Ese kit Bilstein B12 que tan caro me parec\u00eda comenz\u00f3 a cobrar fuerza en mi cabeza. Cada vez m\u00e1s, hasta que vi una oferta en internet y me decid\u00ed a comprarla. <strong>Mi idea original era gastar poco dinero y, efectivamente, termin\u00e9 pagando dos suspensiones<\/strong>, la normal y la Bilstein. Sensaci\u00f3n de pringado al 100 %. Ah, y me enfrent\u00e9 a esa homologaci\u00f3n que tanto pavor me daba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"373\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Nelson_Ha-Ha.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57116\" style=\"width:83px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Nelson_Ha-Ha.webp 400w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Nelson_Ha-Ha-300x280.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya que el roto econ\u00f3mico estaba hecho, pens\u00e9 en c\u00f3mo <strong>sacar algo positivo de la experiencia<\/strong>. Quiz\u00e1s podr\u00eda ayudar a otras personas que se encontraran con la duda de qu\u00e9 suspensi\u00f3n ponerle a su coche de capricho. As\u00ed que me decid\u00ed a realizar el v\u00eddeo que ten\u00e9is al final de este texto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuimos al circuito a grabar las reacciones del coche en la <strong>esquiva y el eslalon con la suspensi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar<\/strong> (esa que compr\u00e9 nueva, con prestaciones equiparables a la de origen). La <strong>semana siguiente instal\u00e9 la B12<\/strong> (proceso de homologaci\u00f3n incluido) y, un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s, cuando ya hab\u00eda rodado 2000 km con ella, regresamos al circuito para hacer las mismas pruebas. Esper\u00e9 a hacer esos 2000 km porque son los mismos que ten\u00eda la suspensi\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detr\u00e1s del<strong> v\u00eddeo que ha resultado de esta \u00abaventura\u00bb<\/strong> hay una buena cantidad de horas de trabajo y una conclusi\u00f3n: <strong>vali\u00f3 la pena<\/strong>. Ahora tengo un Z3 que va mucho mejor, con el que estoy <strong>mucho m\u00e1s contento y satisfecho<\/strong>.
