Dice Iberia en su web que la longitud de su Airbus A350-900 es de 66 metros y su envergadura de 64 metros. <br><br>Esa longitud es pr\u00e1cticamente id\u00e9ntica a la de 12 BMW i7, colocados uno detr\u00e1s de otro, paragolpes con paragolpes. A lo ancho,     la medida es pr\u00e1cticamente id\u00e9ntica a la de 13 BMW iX. <br><br>Pongamos, para facilitar y para ajustar, que la media de peso de los coches es de 2,5 toneladas, multiplicamos por el n\u00famero de coches (25) y nos da un peso total de 62,5 toneladas. Esta multiplicaci\u00f3n no es m\u00e1s que una curiosidad, porque el avi\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s pesado. Aunque no he encontrado una cifra oficial de peso en vac\u00edo, he encontrado un peso m\u00e1ximo para el despegue de 280 toneladas (para la versi\u00f3n Long Range, que no es la misma que la de Iberia, pero hablamos de \u00f3rdenes de magnitud similares, entiendo yo). Pongamos que entre pasajeros y tripulaci\u00f3n suman 350 personas y que cada persona, de media, con su equipaje, pesa 90 kg (me invento esta aproximaci\u00f3n) resulta que el peso m\u00e1ximo de carga puede ser de 31,5 toneladas, por lo que el peso del avi\u00f3n debe de situarse alrededor de 200-220 toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El mismo peso que 80 BMW i7 y volando<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En fin, elucubraciones aparte, es altamente probable que el A350-900 en el que he volado estas vacaciones estuviera suspendido en el aire durante casi 10.000 kil\u00f3metros sustentando un peso de m\u00e1s de 200 toneladas, es decir equivalente a 80 BMW i7. No sueles pensarlo cuando est\u00e1s ah\u00ed arriba, porque, salvo turbulencias, los aviones no se mueven.<br><br>Sin embargo, lo que s\u00ed me ha sorprendido&#8230; lo que me ha sorprendido enormemente es la velocidad a la que aterriza. \u00bfA qu\u00e9 velocidad dir\u00edan ustedes que aterriza un aparato de semejante peso y dimensiones?<br><br>Pueden buscarlo, si quieren, pero lo divertido, desde mi punto de vista es jugar a adivinarlo, en funci\u00f3n de su intuici\u00f3n, conocimientos o lo que sea. Si lo saben, por el motivo que sea, no lo digan.
