El Concept iX5 Hydrogen Protecci\u00f3n VR6 no se va a fabricar, pero muestra soluciones que hasta ahora no se hab\u00edan abordado en los coches blindados tradicionales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BMW ha tenido que crear un sistema de <strong>protecci\u00f3n para los dep\u00f3sitos<\/strong> de hidr\u00f3geno y sus v\u00e1lvulas. VR significa que las pruebas de resistencia se han realizado con el veh\u00edculo ya blindado, no de sus componentes por separado. Los niveles VR m\u00e1s comunes son entre 4 y 6. El nivel m\u00e1ximo para veh\u00edculos de uso civil es el VR10. Por ejemplo, el <strong>Toyota Land Cruiser<\/strong> 200 de Aurum Security tiene este nivel de protecci\u00f3n y pesa cerca de 4830 kg, cuando el veh\u00edculo que se toma como base tiene una masa cercana a la mitad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BMW da <strong>ejemplos de ataques <\/strong>que resiste el Concept iX5 Hydrogen Protection VR6:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Disparos del arma AK-47.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Evita la penetraci\u00f3n de esquirlas de ataques con granadas de mano HG 85.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Soporta explosiones laterales de hasta 15 kilogramos de TNT equivalente desde una distancia de cuatro metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este BMW, al igual que ocurre con otros veh\u00edculos blindados de uso civil, mantienen un aspecto exterior pr\u00e1cticamente id\u00e9ntico al coche que se toma como base. Seg\u00fan BMW \u00ab<strong>la protecci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s efectiva si no se deja ver<\/strong>\u00bb.
