Desde 1909, Morgan ha comercializado varias generaciones de su modelo de tres ruedas homologado como motocicleta. Ahora, en 2022, Morgan lanza el Super 3, que reemplaza al 3 Wheeler disponible desde 2011 hasta la actualidad. Las entregas comienzan en junio. \u00bfSu precio? Unos 52 500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mide 3,58 m de longitud, 1,85 m de anchura y 1,13 m de altura. Es muy ancho para su longitud, quiz\u00e1 para compensar la presencia de una \u00fanica rueda trasera, que es la que transmite la potencia del motor al suelo. No se trata tanto de desplazarse, sino de que el viaje se convierta en una especie de aventura. El objetivo es que sus ocupantes, y en especial el conductor, rememoren sensaciones a medio camino entre las que se pueden tener en un coche cl\u00e1sico y en una motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La carretera no se disfruta si uno est\u00e1 perfectamente aislado y encapsulado en el habit\u00e1culo. Los coches de lujo sirven para dejar el menor rastro posible en sus ocupantes de por d\u00f3nde han ido, como si ello fuera algo poco deseable. En el Morgan Super 3 ocurre lo contrario. El equipaje, como los ocupantes, tambi\u00e9n va expuesto: en la carrocer\u00eda hay distintos <strong>puntos de amarre o rieles<\/strong> para sujetar y colgar bultos. El Super 3 es el primer Morgan con estructura monocasco (tiene una plataforma de aluminio hecha de diversas piezas). Tambi\u00e9n tiene un motor de coche. Es de origen Ford y va situado por detr\u00e1s del eje delantero; tiene tres cilindros en l\u00ednea, 1,4 litros de cilindrada y 118 caballos a 6500 rpm. Con esta soluci\u00f3n, se pierde una de las se\u00f1as de identidad m\u00e1s claras del modelo anterior, que ten\u00eda un motor en V (hecho por S&amp;S Cycle) totalmente a la vista y justo por delante de la carrocer\u00eda. Las ruedas est\u00e1n desarrolladas por Avon espec\u00edficamente para este modelo. El <strong>neum\u00e1tico trasero<\/strong> es distinto a los delanteros tanto por compuesto como por estructura ya que seg\u00fan Morgan, \u00abpasa por una zona m\u00e1s fr\u00eda y sucia\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Super_3_media_adventure_14-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51042\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Super_3_media_adventure_14-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Super_3_media_adventure_14-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el interior hay peque\u00f1os detalles que recuerdan que estamos en un veh\u00edculo del siglo XXI: tiene una instrumentaci\u00f3n de pantallas (rodeadas de una estructura met\u00e1lica), navegador (el mapa se muestra en una peque\u00f1a pantalla que est\u00e1 justo detr\u00e1s del aro del volante y encima de la ca\u00f1a de la direcci\u00f3n), conexiones USB y arranque mediante bot\u00f3n (inspirado los aviones de combate).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Morgan Super 3 no es un veh\u00edculo \u00fanico en el mercado, pues Polaris tambi\u00e9n tiene el <strong>Slingshot y, Campagna, el T-REX<\/strong>.
