Esos 1,4 segundos de diferencia se concentran sobre todo en la arrancada: a partir de unos 10 km\/h las curvas tienen pr\u00e1cticamente el mismo aspecto. El launch control permite iniciar la marcha con mucha m\u00e1s aceleraci\u00f3n porque el motor comienza a hacer su trabajo a un r\u00e9gimen mucho m\u00e1s elevado y la transmisi\u00f3n tiene menor resbalamiento, de tal forma que la arrancada es mucho m\u00e1s violenta.<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan el manual de usuario, para que funcione el launch control, es indispensable que el motor est\u00e9 a temperatura de servicio y el volante recto. Tambi\u00e9n es necesario activar el modo deportivo del control de estabilidad y seleccionar el modo Dynamic de conducci\u00f3n (o tambi\u00e9n poner el programa del cambio de marchas en posici\u00f3n S). Para que el motor gane r\u00e9gimen en parado, es necesario pisar el freno y el acelerador al mismo tiempo. No es recomendable hacerlo durante m\u00e1s de unos instantes porque se puede sobrecalentar el lubricante de la transmisi\u00f3n y el desgaste de algunas piezas sometidas a fricci\u00f3n es excesivo.<br \/>\nEn este v\u00eddeo mostramos una aceleraci\u00f3n con launch control.<br \/>\n<iframe title=\"Audi S3.
