Mientras el molino de palas rectas trabaja con un rendimiento del 13%, el de rueda vertical alcanza rendimientos de hasta el 80%. ello quiere decir que que con el mismo caudal de agua se puede moler seis veces m\u00e1s grano (&#8230;). Como parte negativa, los costes de construcci\u00f3n y mantenimiento son mucho m\u00e1s elevados<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Este Museo de los Molinos es un lugar hermoso para visitar con ni\u00f1os y para dedicar tiempo a explicarles cosas interesantes. Desde por qu\u00e9 era necesario moler el trigo, hasta por qu\u00e9 es importante aprovechar el agua con eficiencia, desde c\u00f3mo eran los molinos hace miles de a\u00f1os, hasta c\u00f3mo son en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p>Con el plano del Museo de los Molinos pongo en duda una informaci\u00f3n que me dijeron en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museodelamolineria.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museo de la Moliner\u00eda de Morata de Taju\u00f1a<\/a>. En este museo me dijeron que el molino movido por agua era un invento de Vitruvio y en el Museo de lo Molinos hablan de que se sabe con certeza que hab\u00eda molinos de este tipo entre el siglo V y el siglo III antes de Cristo. Conviene leer el plano antes de visitar el museo. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em>La regulaci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n que la piedra superior ejerce sobre el grano es de vital importancia, ya que el grano, que en un 72% est\u00e1 formado por gr\u00e1nulos de almid\u00f3n, al ser triturado entre piedras, sufre alteraciones en funci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n ejercida y de c\u00f3mo las piedras se encuentren picadas, de tal forma que se va a lesionar un mayor o menos porcentaje de gr\u00e1nulos de almid\u00f3n. Estas alteraciones nos van a dar una formaci\u00f3n diferente de la harina, aunque su apariencia externa y composici\u00f3n sean id\u00e9nticas<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, conocemos la qu\u00edmica y podemos medir la presi\u00f3n que ejerce una piedra sobre la otra con total precisi\u00f3n y la velocidad de giro de la rueda y la cantidad de grano que hay en cada momento entre las piedras (la cantidad de grano debe de influir en la presi\u00f3n), pero hace 200 a\u00f1os probablemente no conocieran por qu\u00e9 era necesario moler el trigo, ni cu\u00e1nto, ni pod\u00edan medir la presi\u00f3n, ni la cantidad de grano con la precisi\u00f3n actual\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Un buen molinero deb\u00eda de valer su peso en oro.
