Detalles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta semana hemos acudido a la presentaci\u00f3n del Volkswagen Polo R WRC (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/00\/volkswagen\/polo\/r-wrc\/2013\/edicion-limitada-precio.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informaci\u00f3n de km77.com<\/a>). Es un modelo relativamente exclusivo, pues solo se fabricar\u00e1n 2500 unidades para todo el mundo y tiene un precio elevado (34 850 euros). A pesar de su imponente denominaci\u00f3n \u00abWRC\u00bb, tiene poco que ver con un coche de carreras o con lo que entiendo que debe ser un coche competici\u00f3n de buen nivel. No es extremo de reacciones ni de suspensi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n tengo la impresi\u00f3n que no es especialmente efectivo en curva. Me impresion\u00f3 m\u00e1s su aceleraci\u00f3n en recta que en curva. Sea como sea, tiene una serie de detalles t\u00e9cnicos interesantes que lo desmarcan de cualquier otro Polo:<br \/>\nUno de los aspectos m\u00e1s singulares est\u00e1 en el bastidor. Es similar al que tiene cualquier otro Polo, pero Volkswagen ha tenido que hacer algunos cambios en \u00e9l. Estos cambios afectan, sobre todo, a la parte inferior del chasis, y en particular, a los largueros longitudinales. Estos largueros, que por un lado soportan al motor, cambian de forma. \u00bfEl motivo?, pues porque para homologar el Volkswagen Polo de carreras, \u00e9ste debe tener una serie de caracter\u00edsticas comunes con 2500 unidades de un veh\u00edculo de serie, entre ellas, la posici\u00f3n de algunos elementos mec\u00e1nicos. Cambios en el chasis<\/p><\/div><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nLa estructura de la suspensi\u00f3n del Volkswagen Polo R WRC es similar a la de cualquier otro Polo de calle, solo cambian los\u00a0 muelles, amortiguadores, barras estabilizadoras y casquillos. Suspensi\u00f3n posterior<\/p><\/div><br \/>\nEl cap\u00f3 no tiene nada que ver con el que llevan el resto de los Volkswagen Polo, pues \u2014en lugar de estar hecho con una sola plancha de metal\u2014 lleva dos muy finas entre las cuales va una delgada capa de pol\u00edmero. Seg\u00fan Volkswagen, este cap\u00f3 es 2 kg m\u00e1s ligero que el normal. Placa con el n\u00famero de unidad<\/p><\/div><br \/>\nLas ruedas me llamaron la atenci\u00f3n. Nada m\u00e1s llegar consult\u00e9 el dossier de prensa. Vi que eran unas 215\/35 R18. Pens\u00e9 que no pod\u00eda ser, que se trataba de un error. \u00abDemasiado poco perfil\u00bb, conclu\u00ed para mis adentros. Pues no, esa medida es correcta. Unos neum\u00e1ticos as\u00ed exigen, sin duda, una conducci\u00f3n cuidadosa en superficies en mal estado o con baches, no digamos ya si son cortantes.<br \/>\n<div id=\"attachment_4761\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4761\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4761\" alt=\"Volkswagen Polo R WRC. Neum\u00e1ticos 215\/35 R18<\/p><\/div><br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de rodar a buen ritmo por carreteras de curvas observ\u00e9 que aproximadamente la mitad del flanco hab\u00eda rozado contra el suelo.
