Yo fui semanas m\u00e1s tarde a la presentaci\u00f3n del GTD, pero como no hab\u00eda conducido el GTI, est\u00e1bamos en las mismas. Por fin, con motivo del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vwracetour.es\/main\/racetour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Race Tour<\/a> de Volkswagen en el Jarama (Madrid), hemos tenido la oportunidad de probar ambos.<br \/>\nEl Race Tour, del que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/\/1833\/volkswagen-race-tour-2011-muy-divertido\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">habl\u00e9 hace un par de a\u00f1os<\/a>, es un evento que realiza Volkswagen para ense\u00f1ar a sus clientes sus coches de una forma distinta a lo que se hace en una prueba de concesionario: conduci\u00e9ndolos en un circuito. En 2013 ya se ha llevado a cabo en Catalu\u00f1a, Madrid y pr\u00f3ximamente en Valencia (Cheste, 10 y 11 de julio). Este a\u00f1o se conducen los siguientes modelos: Tuoareg, Passat alltrack, Jetta Hybrid (\u00bf<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/teletransporte\/11341\/volkswagen-think-blue-challenge-2013-convocatoria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sabes que hacemos un concurso para participar en el Think Blue. Primero conduje el GTD, cuyos 184 CV quedan escasos en el circuito del Jarama, principalmente en la rampa Pegaso, donde se echa en falta m\u00e1s potencia. Me pareci\u00f3 un coche muy f\u00e1cil de conducir, tanto que en el circuito resulta aburrido si lo que buscas son sensaciones. \u00c9stas s\u00ed las da el GTI, que sin dejar de ser un coche refinado y c\u00f3modo, ten\u00eda potencia suficiente para hacerme ahuecar en Ascari, algo que con el GTD no ocurr\u00eda.<br \/>\nPero yo creo que la diferencia m\u00e1s importante entre uno y otro no es la potencia (un coche poco potente puede tambi\u00e9n ser divertido) sino sus reacciones y lo que \u00e9stas suponen. El GTD va mucho m\u00e1s sujeto de atr\u00e1s, por eso en las curvas m\u00e1s lentas hay que frenar el coche para que el subviraje no nos haga perder tiempo. En cambio, el GTI es m\u00e1s \u00abnervioso\u00bb, se mueve m\u00e1s de atr\u00e1s (tampoco es que se ponga de lado&#8230;) y eso supone una ayuda en ese tipo de giros. La diferencia era evidente desde la primera curva, de hecho pregunt\u00e9 si llevaban la misma presi\u00f3n de neum\u00e1ticos, pensando que a lo mejor la diferencia era por ese motivo. Me dijeron que no.\u00a0 Esa agilidad extra del GTI respecto al GTD permitir\u00e1 a un conductor medianamente h\u00e1bil ser m\u00e1s veloz en curva lenta y, desde mi punto de vista, disfrutar m\u00e1s de una conducci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida.<br \/>\nEsperamos poder probar pr\u00f3ximante ambas versiones con m\u00e1s detenimiento para poder confirmar estas impresiones del circuito y medir la diferencia de prestaciones y consumo.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando Javier escribi\u00f3 en su blog y en la informaci\u00f3n de km77.com sus impresiones del Golf GTI tras volver de la presentaci\u00f3n, algunos lectores le prguntaban por las diferencias respecto al Golf GTD, algo imposible de responder dado que no lo hab\u00eda conducido.
