{"id":38560,"date":"2013-06-06T13:31:12","date_gmt":"2013-06-06T11:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.km77.com\/prueba-renault-clio\/?p=198"},"modified":"2021-03-31T20:03:25","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T18:03:25","slug":"reparando-lo-reparado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/prueba-renault-clio\/reparando-lo-reparado\/","title":{"rendered":"Reparando lo reparado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A la semana siguiente de recoger el Clio del taller (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/prueba-renault-clio\/2013\/05\/24\/el-clio-pasa-un-mes-en-el-taller\/\">m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en la entrada anterior<\/a>),\u00a0 llamamos de nuevo para que nos solucionasen todos aquellos defectos que hab\u00edamos encontrado en la reparaci\u00f3n efectuada.\u00a0 Nos dieron cita para el lunes 3 de junio, a las 9:30.<\/p>\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente recibimos una llamada de Javier Mayor, coordinador de servicios t\u00e9cnicos del taller (calle Alcal\u00e1, 150). Tras presentarse, nos inform\u00f3 de que conoc\u00edan los problemas que hab\u00edamos tenido tras haber le\u00eddo el art\u00edculo y nos pidi\u00f3 disculpas por lo que reconoci\u00f3 como un trabajo mal hecho. Nos emplaz\u00f3 a atendernos personalmente el d\u00eda que \u00edbamos a llevar el coche y nos dijo que aunque en este caso se hab\u00edan enterado del problema por lo que hab\u00edamos publicado, actuaban de la misma manera con cualquier otro cliente insatisfecho. Nos ofreci\u00f3 un coche de sustituci\u00f3n, que esta vez rechazamos.<\/p>\n<p>Tal y como hab\u00edamos quedado, el lunes 3 llevamos el coche al taller. Tomaron nota de los defectos que hab\u00eda que subsanar y aprovechamos para comentarles que hab\u00eda aparecido un ruido en la zona trasera del coche al girar en las esquinas o pasar por zonas bacheadas. Dado que los ruidos suelen ser complicados de localizar, nos pidieron acompa\u00f1ar al mec\u00e1nico en el coche para indicarle cu\u00e1l era el ruido. No hizo falta circular mucho, a pocos metros se empez\u00f3 a o\u00edr. Tanto Renault como ellos realizan unas encuestas telef\u00f3nicas de satisfacci\u00f3n a clientes que han dejado el coche en el taller, bien sea por tareas de mantenimiento como por reparaciones. Renault llama a un porcentaje de alrededor del 15% y ellos a la totalidad de clientes particulares (cuando el coche est\u00e1 a nombre de empresa no llaman). En el caso de que un cliente muestre su descontento se ponen en contacto con \u00e9l para tratar de solucionarlo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nosotros no tenemos argumento alguno para desconfiar de sus explicaciones que, a t\u00edtulo personal, me parecieron sinceras. Tambi\u00e9n nos inform\u00f3 de que hab\u00edan tomado las medidas pertinentes para evitar que incidencias como \u00e9stas se repitiesen.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0 comentamos nuestra sorpresa por la falta de repuestos, a lo que respondi\u00f3 que, sin ser habitual, s\u00ed es algo que ocurre \u00a0en ocasiones con coches nuevos. De todos modos, la falta de repuesto en nuestro caso es un asunto achacable a Renault, no al taller.<\/p>\n<p>Estimaron que el coche estar\u00eda listo el mi\u00e9rcoles pero el martes por la tarde nos llamaron para avisar de que ya hab\u00edan terminado con \u00e9l. El mi\u00e9rcoles acudimos a por el coche.
