{"id":34429,"date":"2011-01-29T13:16:52","date_gmt":"2011-01-29T12:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.km77.com\/teletransporte\/?p=5332"},"modified":"2021-03-31T20:11:13","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T18:11:13","slug":"yo-no-acuso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/teletransporte\/yo-no-acuso\/","title":{"rendered":"Yo no acuso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Leo en <a title=\"Enlace a Europa Press\" href=\"http:\/\/www.europapress.es\/motor\/seguridad-00643\/noticia-dgt-multara-autovia-partir-135-kilometros-hora-20110127134336.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Europa Press<\/a> que Pedro Javaloyes, portavoz de <a title=\"Enlace a movimiento140.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.movimiento140.com\/Inicio.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Movimiento140.com<\/a>, se queja de que Pere Navarro, director general de la <a title=\"Enlace a DGT\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dgt.es\/portal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DGT<\/a> haya acusado a este movimiento de \u00ab<em>haber tenido alguna influencia en el  repunte de muertes del \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o al cuestionar los  l\u00edmites de velocidad en autov\u00eda<\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>(Me gustar\u00eda que fuera mentira que Pere Navarro hubiera acusado al movimiento de tener influencia en esas muertes. Yo no he o\u00eddo sus declaraciones. Me alegrar\u00eda mucho por todos nosotros que no se hubieran producido.)<\/p>\n<p>Yo no acuso a Pere Navarro de haber tenido influencia en todo el resto de muertes que se producen a causa del tr\u00e1fico. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 defiende Pere Navarro el l\u00edmite de 120 y no un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de 10 km\/h? Si los coches circularan a un m\u00e1ximo de 10 km\/h seguro que se produc\u00edan menos muertes por tr\u00e1fico. Y si se detuvieran todos los coches nadie morir\u00eda a causa del tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 considera Pere Navarro que 120 km\/h es el l\u00edmite perfecto? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no 80, 60 \u00f3 30 km\/h? Tendr\u00eda que explicarlo muy bien si quiere que nadie le acuse de las muertes que se producen en la carretera.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes defendemos un incremento de la velocidad m\u00e1xima en autov\u00eda no somos responsables de las muertes que se producen, igual que no lo es Pere Navarro. Todos defendemos un l\u00edmite de velocidad que consideramos adecuado, por diferentes motivos. Perre Navarro no ha promovido que se modifique un l\u00edmite que data de hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os. Nunca ha justificado por qu\u00e9 este l\u00edmite le parece el m\u00e1s adecuado. Y deber\u00eda, ya que es el m\u00e1ximo responsable de la DGT.<\/p>\n<p>Los \u00fanicos responsables de las muertes en zonas urbanas, carreteras y autov\u00edas somos los ciudadanos que decidimos circular libremente. Nadie nos obliga a hacerlo. Asumimos los riesgos porque nos compensa.<\/p>\n<p>Yo no estoy seguro de si el l\u00edmite adecuado para autov\u00edas y autopistas es 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 o 180 km\/h en algunos tramos.Ni siquiera considero que deba existir el mismo l\u00edmite para los diferentes veh\u00edculos. Ni tampoco para los dferentes conductores. Me extra\u00f1a, eso s\u00ed, que en este pa\u00eds algunos ciudadanos puedan tener licencia para utilizar armas de fuego y que ninguno, con ning\u00fan coche, pueda tener licencia para circular a 140 km\/h en algunos tramos de autopista y autov\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>De lo que s\u00ed estoy seguro es de que en Alemania tienen zonas en las que no hay l\u00edmite de velocidad, que tienen un parque de veh\u00edculos mucho mayor que el espa\u00f1ol y que su tasa de accidentes por cada 100 veh\u00edculos es claramente inferior a la espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n s\u00e9 que el porcentaje de accidentes por distracci\u00f3n es muy elevado en las carreteras espa\u00f1olas. No me extra\u00f1a nada.<\/p>\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo, tambi\u00e9n s\u00e9 que la velocidad es la clave del transporte. Para que la econom\u00eda productiva la eficiencia del transporte es fundamental. Y la eficiencia del transporte est\u00e1 ligada a la velocidad. El transporte no es exclusivo de las mercanc\u00edas. Que las personas podamos llegar pronto a nuestro destino en vacaciones, fines de semana y citas de trabajo tambi\u00e9n es fundamental para que la econom\u00eda sea eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>En una entrevista le\u00ed que Pere Navarro dec\u00eda que el problema es que a los espa\u00f1oles nos gusta mucho la velocidad. Yo le invito a \u00e9l, que no le gusta, que cuando viaja desde Madrid a Barcelona, no vaya ni en AVE ni en avi\u00f3n. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9? Le invito a que vaya en diligencia. No le importar\u00e1 ya que a \u00e9l no le gusta la velocidad.<\/p>\n<p>Mafalda dec\u00eda: \u00abA veces me pregunto si estaremos en buenas manos\u00bb.
