Para que su rendimiento sea \u00f3ptimo y proporcionen seguridad durante la marcha, deben estar bien mantenidos. La presi\u00f3n de inflado es un elemento clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dada su importancia, se ha estandarizado paulatinamente el <strong>sistema de control de presi\u00f3n de neum\u00e1ticos<\/strong> (TPMS, siglas del ingl\u00e9s Tire Pressure Monitoring System). Es obligatorio en la Uni\u00f3n Europea desde 2014 en todos los veh\u00edculos de pasajeros. Este se puede considerar el punto de partida para el desarrollo de algunas tecnolog\u00edas que veremos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"915\" height=\"531\" src=\"https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/a2001f5510.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31623\" srcset=\"https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/a2001f5510.jpg 915w, https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/a2001f5510-480x279.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 915px, 100vw\" \/><figcaption>Sistema de control de la presi\u00f3n independiente para cada rueda<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><sub>Transporte de mercanc\u00edas<\/sub><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los asuntos prioritarios en el <strong>transporte pesado<\/strong> es reducir los costes de operaci\u00f3n, que pasa necesariamente por bajar el gasto en carburante. En la actualidad ya se encuentran en funcionamiento diversas soluciones que permiten a los gestores de flotas disponer de manera centralizada y a distancia de los datos de presi\u00f3n y temperatura de las ruedas de todos sus veh\u00edculos en ruta. De esa forma se puede reducir a gran escala el consumo de carburante y alargar la vida \u00fatil del neum\u00e1tico. Tambi\u00e9n es posible programar el mantenimiento (con el consiguiente ahorro de tiempo y evitando posibles percances en carretera). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay empresas como Continental (con el programa \u00abC.A.R.E.\u00bb, del ingl\u00e9s Connected Autonomous Reliable Electrified) que va un poco m\u00e1s all\u00e1. Trabaja en el desarrollo de ruedas con un dispositivo de inflado autom\u00e1tico durante la marcha para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"864\" src=\"https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Conti-190904-9214_04a-1-1024x864.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31633\" srcset=\"https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Conti-190904-9214_04a-1-980x827.jpg 980w, https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Conti-190904-9214_04a-1-480x405.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Turismos y tandas en circuito<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente hay varios fabricantes que, o lo han hecho ya, o van a introducir pr\u00f3ximamente el \u00ab<strong>neum\u00e1tico inteligente y conectado<\/strong>\u00bb<strong> para turismos<\/strong>. Michelin (con el programa <strong>Track Connect<\/strong>) tiene neum\u00e1ticos orientados a tandas en circuito o \u00abtrack days\u00bb que son capaces de recoger y enviar datos en tiempo real (principalmente temperatura y presi\u00f3n) esenciales para extraer el mejor rendimiento din\u00e1mico al veh\u00edculo. Pirelli tiene una aplicaci\u00f3n similar bajo el programa <strong>Track Adrenaline<\/strong>. En ambos casos, el sistema est\u00e1 compuesto por sensores en cada rueda, una unidad de control instalada dentro del coche (que tambi\u00e9n dispone de GPS) y una <em>App<\/em> para el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil que muestra y registra todos los datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/km77.plazatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/TAdrenaline-0006-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31626\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipamiento original<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 es que los \u00abneum\u00e1ticos inteligentes\u00bb <strong>formen parte del montaje original de los veh\u00edculos<\/strong> y la informaci\u00f3n que registren sus sensores se puedan transmitir a la propia centralita del veh\u00edculo. El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/coches\/mclaren\/high-performance-hybrid\/2021\/coupe\/estandar\/artura\/informacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>McLaren Artura<\/strong><\/a> es el primer coche en montar la tecnolog\u00eda Cyber Tyre de Pirelli. A d\u00eda de hoy sus aplicaciones se limitan, b\u00e1sicamente, a mejorar el tiempo por vuelta en circuito. La informaci\u00f3n la recopila un chip integrado en el interior de la carcasa del neum\u00e1tico durante el proceso de vulcanizaci\u00f3n. Como la informaci\u00f3n recogida por los sensores se transmite a la centralita del veh\u00edculo, es posible adaptar el funcionamiento del ABS o del control de estabilidad a lo que m\u00e1s convenga en cada momento. La informaci\u00f3n recopilada (que <strong>puede incluir el desgaste de la banda de rodadura<\/strong>) permitir\u00e1 saber con precisi\u00f3n el peso del veh\u00edculo (un dato que de gran utilidad en los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos para calcular mejor la autonom\u00eda restante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V2X<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una fase de desarrollo m\u00e1s avanzada<\/strong> est\u00e1 previsto que el neum\u00e1tico pueda compartir informaci\u00f3n con la red de repetidores de internet o con otros veh\u00edculos. Es decir, <strong>pasar\u00eda a ser una parte esencial de los dispositivos de comunicaci\u00f3n vehicular <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/glosario\/v2x-vehicle-to-everything-car2x-car-to-everything\" target=\"_blank\">V2X<\/a> (o Car to X)<\/strong>. Se podr\u00eda, por ejemplo, anticipar la presencia de agua o hielo en el asfalto ya que recibir\u00edamos la informaci\u00f3n que nos ha mandado el veh\u00edculo que circula por delante.
