En ella quer\u00edan mostrarnos su agarre\u00a0en mojado y su eficacia de\u00a0frenada en seco, aspectos que, seg\u00fan la marca, le diferencian de la competencia.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nFirestone nos inform\u00f3 de que el ROADHAWK ha sido testado por la empresa independiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuv-sud.es\/es-es\">T\u00dcV S\u00dcD<\/a>, especializada en realizar ensayos, certificaciones e inspecciones para a\u00f1adir valor econ\u00f3mico tangible a sus clientes. T\u00dcV S\u00dcD concedi\u00f3 al ROADHAWK <strong>la clase A del etiquetado europeo en adherencia sobre mojado y C en eficiencia de combustible<\/strong> (la puntuaci\u00f3n var\u00eda entre A y G).<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, T\u00dcV S\u00dcD realiz\u00f3 \u2014a petici\u00f3n de Bridgestone, propietaria de Firestone\u2014 una serie de pruebas para <strong>comparar el rendimiento del ROADHAWK<\/strong> (en condiciones concretas) con los neum\u00e1ticos que, seg\u00fan Firestone, son los m\u00e1s representativos de su competencia: UniRoyal Rainsport 3, Kleber Dynaxer HP3, Fulda EcoControl HP y Nexen NBlue HD+.<br \/>\n<div id=\"attachment_30713\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30713\" class=\"wp-image-30713 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"428\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-30713\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Girando en el anillo mojado con el Golf VII<\/em><\/p><\/div><br \/>\nLas pruebas se hicieron con neum\u00e1ticos en medidas 205\/55 R16 51V montados en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/01\/volkswagen\/golf\/2017\/informacion-y-fotos-328221-p.html\">Volkswagen Golf VII<\/a> de flotas. Una\u00a0consisti\u00f3\u00a0en <strong>una frenada de emergencia desde 100 km\/h en seco. <\/strong>Las otras\u00a0dos<strong> pruebas sirvieron para comparar la capacidad de\u00a0evitar el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/glosario\/a\/aquaplaning.asp\">aquaplaning<\/a><\/strong> cuando el neum\u00e1tico tiene<strong> un desgaste de 20000 km<\/strong>, a partir del cual Firestone considera que sus neum\u00e1ticos mantienen su eficacia y los de las marcas de la competencia la pierden.<br \/>\nFirestone nos traslad\u00f3 al Circuito de Castellol\u00ed, en la provincia de Barcelona, para mostrarnos los resultados favorables de sus pruebas y permitir que\u00a0pudi\u00e9ramos experimentarlas en un recinto controlado. El neum\u00e1tico de la competencia elegido fue el UniRoyal Rainsport 3. Los veh\u00edculos que utilizamos durante toda la jornada fueron Golf de VII de flotas y las medidas de todos los neum\u00e1ticos eran, igualmente, las que utiliz\u00f3 T\u00dcV S\u00dcD en sus ensayos.<br \/>\nEl primer ejercicio que hicimos consisti\u00f3 en <strong>dar vueltas a un anillo con el suelo mojado<\/strong> lo m\u00e1s deprisa posible. El control de estabilidad de los coches estaba activado y todos los neum\u00e1ticos ten\u00edan en ese momento un desgaste de unos 20 000 km (esto no podemos comprobarlo). Primero se hac\u00eda el ejercicio en un Golf con los neum\u00e1ticos Rainsport 3 e inmediatamente despu\u00e9s en otro con los ROADHAWK. La diferencia que se percib\u00eda desde el puesto de conducci\u00f3n era muy peque\u00f1a (ya nos lo advirtieron los instructores), pero un aparato de medici\u00f3n montado en ambos coches demostr\u00f3 con consistencia que<strong> se pod\u00eda girar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido<\/strong> (muy ligeramente, unos 2 km\/h) sin perder la trayectoria con el Golf que montaba los Firestone.<br \/>\n<div id=\"attachment_30714\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30714\" class=\"wp-image-30714 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"462\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-30714\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Realizando la simulaci\u00f3n de cambio de carril a 90 km\/h y con el suelo mojado<\/em><\/p><\/div><br \/>\nPara el segundo se utiliz\u00f3 la misma combinaci\u00f3n de coches y neum\u00e1ticos, tambi\u00e9n con 20 000 km de uso. En este caso se deb\u00eda realizar un<strong> cambio de carril en el transcurso de una curva, circulando a 90 km\/h<\/strong> y con el suelo mojado. Como dato curioso, el instructor de esta prueba fue el ex-piloto de F\u00f3rmula 1 Stefano Modena. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, la realidad es que el Golf que montaba ROADHAWK apenas perdi\u00f3 adherencia y el que llevaba Rainsport 3 s\u00ed lo hizo, hasta el punto de que con uno pude entrar tras el giro en el carril de conos que delimit\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n y con el otro tir\u00e9 el primer cono del carril. La sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad, en este caso, fue claramente mayor con los neum\u00e1ticos Firestone.<br \/>\nFinalmente, realizamos, con el suelo seco, la <strong>frenada de emergencia desde 100 km\/h<\/strong>. Esta es una maniobra a la que estamos acostumbrados en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/\">km77.com<\/a> porque nosotros medimos la distancia de frenado desde 120 km\/h de todos los coches que pasan por nuestras manos. En esta prueba <strong>los neum\u00e1ticos no ten\u00edan uso<\/strong> (aunque esto no es real porque los coches estuvieron realizando frenadas durante toda la jornada con cada uno de los periodistas asistentes al evento). Lo que extrajimos, en cualquier caso, fue que los Golf que montaban neum\u00e1ticos Firestone consegu\u00edan frenar en torno a dos metros antes que los que llevaban UniRoyal (37 m frente a 39 m).<br \/>\nLos neum\u00e1ticos Firestone ROADHAWK <strong>est\u00e1n disponibles para llantas de entre 15 y 19 pulgadas<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30715\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"531\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A principios de Junio de 2017, Firestone nos invit\u00f3 a la presentaci\u00f3n de su neum\u00e1tico de verano ROADHAWK, de reciente lanzamiento al mercado.
