Este modelo ya est\u00e1 disponible con el motor de la familia EcoBoost de 140 CV.<br \/>\nEl EcoSport estaba disponible desde el inicio de su comercializaci\u00f3n con dos motores de gasolina, uno de 1,0 litros de 125 CV (su denominaci\u00f3n comercial es 1.0 EcoBoost) y otro de 1,5 l y 112 CV (1.5 Ti-VCT). El \u00fanico Diesel posible tiene 1,5 litros de cilindrada y da 95 CV (1.5 TDCi).<br \/>\nYa se puede adquirir una tercera versi\u00f3n de gasolina asociada al motor de tres cilindros y 1,0 litros de cilindrada. Este motor da una potencia m\u00e1xima de 140 CV y tiene un par motor de 180 Nm. Es por tanto 15 caballos m\u00e1s potente que la otra versi\u00f3n del motor EcoBoost. Esta versi\u00f3n solo se puede adquirir con el cambio manual de seis velocidades y la tracci\u00f3n a las ruedas delanteras (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/precios\/ford\/ecosport\/2014\/ecosport-titanium-10-ecoboost-140-cv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ficha t\u00e9cnica<\/a>).<br \/>\nCon este motor el EcoSport puede acelerar desde parado hasta los 100 km\/h en 11,8 segundos (casi un segundo menos que la versi\u00f3n de 125 CV) y alcanzar una velocidad m\u00e1xima de 185 km\/h (5 km\/h superior a la versi\u00f3n menos potente). Ford homologa para esta versi\u00f3n un consumo medio de carburante de 5,4 l\/100 km y unas emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub> de 125 g\/km.
