Ha sido el Sal\u00f3n de la crisis, en los peri\u00f3dicos no paraban de hablar de las restricciones del cr\u00e9dito, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/mercado\/espana\/2008\/pespana.asp\">fuerte ca\u00edda de las ventas de coches nuevos<\/a> y de las turbulencias de los mercados.<\/p>\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, no s\u00e9 muy bien por qu\u00e9, mi sensaci\u00f3n en Par\u00eds es que hab\u00eda optimismo. O inconsciencia. O falta de credibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>En los discursos de presidentes y responsables de todas las marcas a los que he escuchado se ha hablado de futuro, de reducir las emisiones de CO2, de coches el\u00e9ctricos y de pilas de combustible. <\/p>\n<p>De la crisis, en cambio, de c\u00f3mo afrontarla, de una estrategia para un mercado muy dif\u00edcil en Europa y Am\u00e9rica, no he o\u00eddo ni una palabra. La crisis no ha existido en el Sal\u00f3n en el discurso oficial. Y no se hablaba de otra cosa en los corrillos fuera de los estrados. <\/p>\n<p>Ni arriba ni abajo he o\u00eddo nada de estrategias para afrontar la crisis. Nadie la esperaba de esta magnitud. Ha explotado en las manos de todos, sin ning\u00fan plan concreto para afrontarla. La maquinaria de la industria del autom\u00f3vil es lenta, con muchos a\u00f1os de planificaci\u00f3n, que no permite giros r\u00e1pidos.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00fanica medida es recortar costes todo lo posible. Un resumen de lo que he percibido como estrategia podr\u00eda ser: apretarse el cintur\u00f3n y rezar. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Par\u00e9ntesis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p lign=\"centre\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/files\/2008\/10\/aeropuerto_excavadora.jpg\" alt=\"Aeropuerto Charles De Gaulle\" title=\"Aeropuerto Charles De Gaulle\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En el aeropuerto de Charles De Gaulle, Terminal 2B, de vuelta a casa en compa\u00f1\u00eda de bajo coste, mientras escribo esto, un abuelo les est\u00e1 contando a los ni\u00f1os el trabajo de la excavadora que se ve por detr\u00e1s del ventanal. Con perfecto acento ingl\u00e9s el abuelo y los ni\u00f1os, los peque\u00f1os preguntan y el abuelo les va contando lo que cree que est\u00e1 haciendo la m\u00e1quina imponente.<\/p>\n<p>Llevan m\u00e1s de 20 minutos viendo c\u00f3mo la pala quita tierra de un lado para ponerla en otro (no s\u00e9 lo que hace, porque yo no estoy mirando). Los ni\u00f1os est\u00e1n fascinados y el abuelo tambi\u00e9n.
