{"id":27341,"date":"2009-01-20T13:21:36","date_gmt":"2009-01-20T12:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.km77.com\/engendromecanico\/?p=1923"},"modified":"2021-03-31T20:15:42","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T18:15:42","slug":"noticia-de-alcance-fiat-preacuerda-tomar-el-35-de-chrysler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/noticia-de-alcance-fiat-preacuerda-tomar-el-35-de-chrysler\/","title":{"rendered":"Noticia de alcance: Fiat preacuerda tomar el 35 % de Chrysler!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Extractos de la noticia publicada por <strong>EUROPA PRESS<\/strong>:<br \/>\nEl consorcio automovil\u00edstico italiano Fiat, el fabricante estadounidense Chrysler y su principal accionista, el fondo de inversi\u00f3n Cerberus Capital, han firmado un <strong>preacuerdo \u00abno vinculante\u00bb<\/strong> para el establecimiento de una alianza estrat\u00e9gica global, a trav\u00e9s del cual <strong>Fiat tomar\u00e1 el 35% del capital<\/strong> de la firma de Auburn Hills (Michigan), Cerberus mantendr\u00e1 el 45,1%, y Daimler el 19,9% de Chrysler, aunque el grupo alem\u00e1n ha expresado su intenci\u00f3n deshacerse de este paquete accionarial.<br \/>\nLas tres compa\u00f1\u00edas indicaron hoy en un comunicado conjunto que han alcanzado un acuerdo por el que Fiat entrar\u00e1 en el capital de <strong>Chrysler<\/strong>, que a su vez, <strong>se beneficiar\u00e1 de la tecnolog\u00eda de la italiana y de<\/strong> diferentes sinergias, adem\u00e1s utilizar\u00e1 <strong>las redes de distribuci\u00f3n de Fiat en diferentes mercados estrat\u00e9gicos fuera de Estados Unidos<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTanto Chrysler como Fiat y Cerberus indicaron que los t\u00e9rminos de este preacuerdo deben cumplir con los requisitos del departamento del Tesoro de Estados Unidos, ya que el grupo norteamericano ha recibido recientemente una inyecci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica p\u00fablica por un importe de 4.000 millones de d\u00f3lares (3.053 millones de euros al cambio actual).
