Es un modelo el\u00e9ctrico, es decir, no combina un motor t\u00e9rmico con otro el\u00e9ctrico (como el Prius). Tiene una autonom\u00eda bastante limitada: 50 millas (unos 80 km).<br \/>\nComo el modelo del que deriva, es un coche urbano que mide tres metros de longitud y tiene capacidad para cuatro ocupantes.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, Toyota ha aprovechado el Sal\u00f3n de Detroit para anunciar que pondr\u00e1 a la venta su primer modelo totalmente el\u00e9ctrico en 2012.
