Dos modelos que seg\u00fan indica la marca, han sido desarrollados conjuntamente, siendo la primera vez que presentan a la vez el modelo de calle y el de competici\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27145\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Abarth-124-2-1024x671.jpg\" alt=\"Abarth-124-2\" width=\"700\" height=\"459\" \/><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nEl 124 rally tiene un motor de gasolina con doble \u00e1rbol de levas e inyecci\u00f3n directa. Tiene 1,8 litros de cilindrada y est\u00e1 sobrealimentado mediante un turbocompresor. Da 300 CV de potencia m\u00e1xima a 6500 rpm. El motor est\u00e1 asociado a una transmisi\u00f3n secuencial de seis velocidades con levas para un manejo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. La tracci\u00f3n es a la ruedas traseras y tiene un diferencial autoblocante mec\u00e1nico en el eje posterior.<br \/>\nEl motor se ha montado detr\u00e1s del eje delantero, la capota se ha sustituido por un techo duro de material compuesto y en el habit\u00e1culo se han empleado materiales m\u00e1s ligeros y resistentes que los del modelo de calle. Todo esto se ha realizado con el objetivo de mejorar la distribuci\u00f3n del peso, que seg\u00fan Abarth, es ahora \u00abligeramente superior en el tren trasero para asegurar la m\u00e1xima motricidad\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s el centro de gravedad se ha bajado, aunque no se especifica cu\u00e1nto.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27146\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Abarth-124-1-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"Abarth-124-1\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" \/><br \/>\nLos ingenieros han realizado m\u00faltiples cambios respecto al modelo de calle para poder homologar el 124 rally dentro de la categor\u00eda FIA R-GT. Entre ellos podemos ver una jaula de seguridad y asientos bacquets de competici\u00f3n. Las llantas son de la marca OZ, la suspensi\u00f3n ha sido puesta a punto y tiene una nueva l\u00ednea de escape. Abarth indica que la disposici\u00f3n de los manos internos y el espacio disponible en el habit\u00e1culo han sido modificados.<br \/>\nTras la presentaci\u00f3n en el Sal\u00f3n de Ginebra 2016, Abarth dar\u00e1 luz verde a las reservas del 124 rally con el fin de que los clientes puedan preparar el debut en la temporada de rallies del a\u00f1o 2017.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27196\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/5-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"5\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" \/><br \/>\nLa versi\u00f3n de calle, el Abarth 124 spider, es un descapotable biplaza de 4,05 metros de longitud y tracci\u00f3n trasera.\u00a0El motor de gasolina tiene cuatro cilindros, 1,4 litros de cilindrada y est\u00e1 sobrealimentado mediante un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/glosario\/t\/turbcomp.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">turbocompresor<\/a>. Es el mismo del Fiat 124 Spider, pero en el Abarth da 170 CV en vez de 140.
