Tendremos que esperar hasta su presentaci\u00f3n oficial para conocer qu\u00e9 motor tendr\u00e1 esta versi\u00f3n deportiva. A tenor de lo visto en los dos modelos recientes de Mercedes-AMG, el AMG GT (<a title=\"AMG GT\" href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/01\/mercedes-benz\/amg-gt\/2015\/informacion-precio-311501-p.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n<\/a>) y el C63 AMG (<a title=\"Clase C AMG\" href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/01\/mercedes-benz\/clase-c\/amg\/2015\/informacion-precio-314421-p.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n<\/a>), el GLE 63 AMG podr\u00eda tener un motor de gasolina de ocho cilindros situados en \u00abuve\u00bb, con 4,0 litros de cilindrada, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/glosario\/i\/inyedire.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inyecci\u00f3n directa<\/a> y sobrealimentado mediante dos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/glosario\/t\/turbcomp.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">turbocompresores<\/a>. Mercedes-AMG denomina a este motor como M178 en el AMG GT y M177 en el Clase C.<br \/>\nComo en ambos modelos, este motor podr\u00eda ofrecer dos rangos de potencia. Un hipot\u00e9tico GLE 63 Coup\u00e9 tendr\u00eda una potencia entorno a los 470 CV \u2014462 CV desarrolla el M178 y 476 CV el M177\u2014 y un par motor m\u00e1ximo comprendido entre 600 Nm \u2014que ofrece el motor del AMG GT\u2014 y 650 Nm \u2014desarrollado por el motor del Clase C AMG\u2014. La alternativa m\u00e1s potente, ser\u00eda el GLE 63 Coup\u00e9 S, en este caso el motor podr\u00eda entregar 510 CV \u2014al igual que las versiones \u00abS\u00bb del AMG GT y Clase C AMG\u2014 con un par motor m\u00e1ximo que podr\u00eda estar entre 650 y 700 Nm \u2014entregados en los motores del AMG GT y del Clase C AMG, respectivamente\u2014.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/GLE-63-AMG-km77.com-3-1024x564.jpg\" alt=\"GLE 63 AMG km77.com 3\" width=\"614\" height=\"338\" \/><br \/>\nEn el momento del lanzamiento, el GLE Coup\u00e9 va a estar disponible con un motor Diesel de 258 caballos de potencia (versi\u00f3n 350 d 4MATIC) y dos de gasolina de 333 y 367 caballos de potencia (versiones 400 4MATIC y 450 AMG 4MATIC respectivamente).
