Tiene una variante del motor de gasolina 1.0 EcoBoost que ofrece m\u00e1s potencia, 140 CV, y un par m\u00e1ximo de 180 Nm entre 1400 rpm y 4500 rpm. Para conseguir este aumento de potencia, Ford ha modificado la gesti\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n del motor y la presi\u00f3n de la sobrealimentaci\u00f3n (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/precios\/buscar?marcas=ford&amp;modelos=fiesta&amp;denominaciones=red\/black+edition&amp;estado=3&amp;anyo=2013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ficha t\u00e9cnica<\/a>). Adem\u00e1s, esta versi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tiene cambios en la direcci\u00f3n, en la suspensi\u00f3n y en la caja de cambios.<br \/>\nRespecto al Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost de 125 CV es 0,4 segundos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido acelerando desde parado hasta 100 km\/h (9,0 segundos frente a 9,4) y alcanza 5 km\/h m\u00e1s de velocidad m\u00e1xima (201 km\/h frente a 196 km\/h). El consumo homologado es 0,2 l\/100 km superior (4,5 l\/100 km frente a 4,3 l\/100 km).<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25112\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/fiesta-Red-Edition-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"fiesta Red Edition\" width=\"614\" height=\"409\" \/><br \/>\nEst\u00e9ticamente, esta versi\u00f3n \u00fanicamente est\u00e1 disponible en dos colores para la carrocer\u00eda, Rojo (con techo y detalles en negro) y Negro (con el techo y detalles en rojo). Adem\u00e1s de por los colores, se diferencia del resto de la gama por los paragolpes deportivos (similares a los de la versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s deportiva, Fiesta ST) y por las llantas de 16 pulgadas pintadas en color negro.<br \/>\nEn el habit\u00e1culo, los asientos, el volante, las alfombrillas y otros detalles tienen costuras en color rojo.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Fiesta GLP<\/strong><br \/>\nEl nuevo Fiesta GLP tiene un motor de 1,4 litros de cilindrada y 92 caballos de potencia. Este motor tiene una serie de transformaciones \u2014como nuevos inyectores o un sistema de conductos de bombeo de combustible especiales\u2014 que permiten utilizar la gasolina o el gas licuado del petr\u00f3leo. Est\u00e1 en venta con carrocer\u00eda de cinco puertas desde 15 100 euros (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/precios\/comparador\/comparar\/49081\/49082\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ficha t\u00e9cnica comparativa<\/a>).<br \/>\nEl Fiesta GLP tiene dos dep\u00f3sitos, uno de gasolina \u2014del mismo tama\u00f1o que el resto de la gama\u2014 y otro para el GLP que va ubicado en el hueco de la rueda de repuesto. Al utilizar ese hueco, el volumen del maletero no var\u00eda. Gracias a ello pueden funcionar con cualquiera de los dos combustibles. Para ello basta con seleccionar el combustible que se desee a trav\u00e9s de un interruptor situado en el interior del veh\u00edculo. De esta forma, si se agota un combustible es posible funcionar sin ning\u00fan problema con el otro. El resultado es una autonom\u00eda extendida.
