(Los responsables de Nissan).<\/p>\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n del Qashqai +2, cen\u00e9 al lado de Natacha Trichard, Deputy Regional Product Manager de Nissan. Natacha vive en Suiza y trabaja en las oficinas centrales de Nissan para Europa.<\/p>\n<p>El Qashqai se ha vendido mucho mejor de lo previsto. Sus objetivos de venta, el primer a\u00f1o de comercializaci\u00f3n, eran de 110.000 coches y la demanda ha superado las 250.000 unidades. M\u00e1s de un 90% de los clientes del Qashqai son conquistas para Nissan. (Antes, no ten\u00edan un Nissan.)<\/p>\n<p>El plazo de entrega ha superado en algunos momentos los ocho meses. Para atender la demanda, en la f\u00e1brica de Sunderland, donde se produce, han creado un tercer turno de trabajo. Y tambi\u00e9n han comenzado a producirlo en Jap\u00f3n, con el volante a la derecha, para atender el mercado local. Anteriormente, las unidades para Jap\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se fabricaban en el Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p>Le pregunt\u00e9 a Natacha Trichard que cu\u00e1ndo fueron conscientes de que hab\u00edan errado en sus previsiones y me dijo que desde los primeros pedidos ya vieron que el coche iba a ser una enorme \u00e9xito para ellos. Sin embargo, los tiempos de reacci\u00f3n no fueron tan r\u00e1pidos. El Qashqai empez\u00f3 a venderse en enero de 2007 y todav\u00eda las entregas van retrasadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos procesos industriales son lentos\u00bb, me asegura Trichard. \u00abHemos trabajado mucho para satisfacer la demanda, pero es muy dif\u00edcil corregir una previsi\u00f3n inicial err\u00f3nea\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00ed me ha sorprendido que a pesar de su \u00e9xito y del retraso en las entregas, Nissan ha seguido haciendo publicidad del Qashqai durante este tiempo en Espa\u00f1a. Quiz\u00e1 no con mucha intensidad, pero no ha parado de encelar al p\u00fablico con el coche.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, la crisis generalizada, ayuda a Nissan a recuperar los plazos y ponerse al d\u00eda. Un exceso de demanda es mucho mejor que una demanda pobre, pero tambi\u00e9n es un problema dif\u00edcil de resolver.
