Por tanto, ser\u00e1 la tercera berlina de cuatro puertas que tendr\u00e1 Acura en el mercado, situ\u00e1ndose por tama\u00f1o entre la berlina superior RLX y la berlina compacta ILX. El nuevo modelo mide 4,83 metros de largo.<br \/>\n[nggallery id=749]<br \/>\nLos nuevos modelos <strong>estrenar\u00e1n dos motores<\/strong>: un cuatro cilindros con inyecci\u00f3n directa de 2,4 litros de cilindrada de la familia \u00abi-VTEC\u00bb asociado a una nueva caja de cambios de 8 relaciones. Seg\u00fan informa Acura, esta nueva caja ser\u00e1 de doble embrague con convertidor de par (no dan m\u00e1s datos). El otro motor que tendr\u00e1 el futuro TLX ser\u00e1 un seis cilindros en \u00abV\u00bb con inyecci\u00f3n directa y con tecnolog\u00eda de desactivaci\u00f3n de cilindros. Este motor va unido a una caja de cambios de 9 velocidades. Ambos modelos tienen tracci\u00f3n delantera con un diferencial de deslizamiento limitado. La tracci\u00f3n total (denominada \u00abSH-AWD\u00bb) solo est\u00e1 disponible con el motor V6.<br \/>\n[nggallery id=750]<br \/>\nHabr\u00e1 cuatro modos de funcionamiento: \u00abECON\u00bb, \u00abNormal\u00bb, \u00abSport\u00bb y \u00abSport+\u00bb. Dependiendo del modo seleccionado en el mando controlador \u00abIDS\u00bb, se ajusta la respuesta del motor, la dureza de la suspensi\u00f3n y de la direcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la potencia del climatizador y del sistema de control de ruido activo. Contar\u00e1 con varios elementos de seguridad como un sistema de prevenci\u00f3n de colisiones, un avisador de \u00e1ngulo muerto, un control de velocidad adaptativo con funci\u00f3n de frenado o un sistema que mantiene el coche en el carril.<br \/>\n[nggallery id=751]<br \/>\nEl TLX Concept ha sido presentado con un nuevo color de carrocer\u00eda denominado \u00abRed Carpet Athlete\u00bb. Destaca la utilizaci\u00f3n de diodos luminosos en los faros para todas sus funciones. En los pilotos traseros tambi\u00e9n utilizan ledes as\u00ed como en los retrovisores con un novedoso sistema en el que los ledes se fusionan con la base del retrovisor. Las llantas del prototipo son de 20 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro y tienen unos neum\u00e1ticos de medida 265\/35.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Acura TLX GT Race Car<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Junto a la versi\u00f3n de calle, Acura presenta la versi\u00f3n destinada a la competici\u00f3n.
