La espera finaliza oficialmente hoy, 18 de noviembre a las 16:40 de la tarde.<br \/>Pero como suele ser habitual en estos casos, horas antes de la presentaci\u00f3n se han filtrado las primeras im\u00e1genes del modelo. La calidad es inferior a la de otras filtraciones pero es suficiente para apreciar por completo la imagen de la tercera generaci\u00f3n del MINI.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20314\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/1013.jpg\" alt=\"101\" width=\"600\" height=\"382\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/1013.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/1013-480x306.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 600px, 100vw\" \/><br \/><!--more-->En un primer vistazo. Parece que la nueva generaci\u00f3n solo tiene peque\u00f1as modificaciones est\u00e9ticas. Pero nada m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad ya que el MINI usar\u00e1 una nueva plataforma que le permitir\u00e1 ser un coche m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, menos pesado, con una mejor aerodin\u00e1mica y m\u00e1s espacio para los ocupantes. La nueva generaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s larga y ancha mientras que la altura se reduce.<br \/>La parte frontal tiene un dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s afilado, con una parrilla m\u00e1s grande y unos faros que incorporan ledes para la funci\u00f3n de luz diurna. Estos ledes le dar\u00e1n una nueva imagen de marca al MINI. La parte posterior tiene una l\u00ednea m\u00e1s continuista, con una doble salida central en las versiones Cooper S.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-20321\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/1022-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"102\" width=\"614\" height=\"409\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Durante el mes de julio, Engendro Mec\u00e1nico pudo fotografiar al modelo en fase de pruebas mientras circulaba por el circuito de N\u00fcrburgring Nordschleife (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/\/17838\/fotos-espia-nuevo-mini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ver im\u00e1genes<\/a>). El 8 de agosto, MINI inform\u00f3 que con motivo del 107 aniversario del nacimiento de Sir Alec Issigonis (creador del icono original MINI) presentar\u00eda la nueva generaci\u00f3n (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/\/18870\/habra-que-esperar-hasta-noviembre-para-conocer-oficialmente-la-nueva-generacion-mini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ver entrada<\/a>).<br \/>Posteriormente, el 30 de septiembre, conocimos algunos detalles del futuro MINI F56 \u2014por ejemplo que la nueva gama de motores estar\u00e1 compuesta por mec\u00e1nicas de 3 y 4 cilindros, que utiliza una nueva plataforma o que tiene mejoras en la seguridad activa\u2014 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/engendro-mecanico\/\/19617\/nuevos-datos-sobre-la-proxima-generacion-mini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ver entrada<\/a>).<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20316\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/103.jpg\" alt=\"103\" width=\"250\" height=\"167\" \/><br \/>Estar\u00e1 a la venta durante el primer trimestre de 2014, construido en la f\u00e1brica de Oxford.
