En Galicia me he movido en el coche de unos amigos mientras el Tesla cargaba horas y horas (unas 40) en un enchufe a 1,5 kW de potencia. Varios de los kil\u00f3metros he ido  sentado entre sus hijos, Irene y Nico, en el asiento central trasero, apoyado sobre el duro y curvado reposabrazos central. Un reposabrazos que ellos no utilizan nunca.<br><br>Yo me peleaba con Irene y Nico para ir en ese asiento, porque no quer\u00edan dej\u00e1rmelo a m\u00ed. Yo les contaba que era por motivos profesionales, que ten\u00eda que probarlo, y finalmente me dejaban.<br><br>Tengo pocas oportunidades para hacer kil\u00f3metros en el asiento central trasero de un coche y, cuando las tengo, tengo que aprovecharlas.<br><br>Tanto discutir sobre qui\u00e9n iba sentado en ese lugar inc\u00f3modo, al final nos dimos cuenta entre todos que el reposabrazos central posterior es un elemento absurdo para muchos usuarios. Cuando los ni\u00f1os van en sillita es un elemento in\u00fatil y los adolescentes tampoco creo que lo utilicen nunca. <br><br>Recuerdo en un viaje que el director de comunicaci\u00f3n de una marca de coches <em>premium<\/em> me comentaba que sus tres hijos siempre se peleaban por ver a qui\u00e9n le tocaba ir en el asiento del centro. En estas cosas, los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os siempre llevan las de perder.<br><br>Lo sorprendente es que la mayor\u00eda de marcas no ofrezcan la opci\u00f3n de elegir entre un reposabrazos central y un asiento central m\u00e1s o menos confortable. Desconozco cu\u00e1l de las dos opciones resultar\u00eda m\u00e1s cara de producir ni cu\u00e1l ser\u00eda m\u00e1s demandada. Pero a mi entender ser\u00eda un valor comercial claro.<br><br>Especialmente las marcas m\u00e1s caras, con tant\u00edsimos elementos opcionales como ofrecen, debieran pensar en las familias cuando venden coches familiares.
