Calle de la Concepci\u00f3n Jer\u00f3nima.<\/p>\n<p>La calle lleva levantada varios meses. Han ampliado las aceras y cambiado el firme (todav\u00eda sin terminar). No soy capaz de juzgar cu\u00e1nto tiempo es necesario para hacer esta obra. No me he fijado si est\u00e1 escrito el presupuesto por alg\u00fan lado, ni las fechas. (Luego voy y lo miro). La calle no tiene m\u00e1s de 200 metros (seguro que menos). En fin, llevan varios meses para hacer una obrita. Polvo y ruido para los vecinos, sobre todo. El tr\u00e1fico cortado. Las aceras han quedado aparentes. El pavimento para los coches todav\u00eda est\u00e1 sin poner.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/files\/2009\/05\/calle-general.jpg\" alt=\"Obras. Delante de nuestra oficina anterior, levantaron toda la acera para cambiar el pavimento. Muy bien, qued\u00f3 muy bonito (a m\u00ed me parec\u00eda innecesario, pero esa es otra cuesti\u00f3n). En cuanto el pavimento estuvo puesto, al d\u00eda siguiente o a los dos d\u00edas (no exagero) empezaron a picar de nuevo, a reventar las losetas del suelo, para unas obras de gas o de electricidad (no recuerdo). Cuando acabaron esa obra, tambi\u00e9n uno o dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, volvieron a levantarla para unas obras de gas o de electricidad (no recuerdo el orden).<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfNo es posible que antes de empezar a cubrir una obra se revise todo bien, se compruebe que no hay p\u00e9rdidas ni de gas ni de agua ni de electricidad, que no hay que renovar el material del subsuelo y que no hay m\u00e1s licencias de obras solicitadas para esa zona? \u00bfNo es posible, dicho sea de paso, que se habilite un corredor subterr\u00e1neo para todas las conducciones que facilite de una vez por todas las reparaciones?<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/wp-content\/files\/2009\/05\/zanja2.jpg\" alt=\"Calle de la Concepci\u00f3n Jer\u00f3nima. Esta gesti\u00f3n me recuerda a quienes defienden que est\u00e1 bien tirar papeles y colillas al suelo, porque as\u00ed damos trabajo a los barrenderos. Eso es lo mismo que ganar dinero por cavar una zanja y volverla a cubrir. Eternamente. Igual de sucio y de in\u00fatil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madrid.
