Por qu\u00e9 los motores Diesel necesitan el AdBlue para cumplir con Euro 6.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expansion.com\/empresas\/motor\/2016\/09\/27\/57ea5d2cca4741c1148b463d.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seat incorporar\u00e1 AdBlue a la versi\u00f3n del Ateca di\u00e9sel retirada para su homologaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lo explico r\u00e1pidamente (porque he quedado para ir a cenar con comentaristas de este blog).<\/p>\n<p>Disociar\u00a0los \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno en ox\u00edgeno y nitr\u00f3geno no es posible en un atm\u00f3sfera rica en ox\u00edgeno como es la atm\u00f3sfera de los gases de escape de un motor Diesel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En los motores de gasolina, la sonda Lambda mide la proporci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno en\u00a0los gases de escape y enriquece la mezcla si la cantidad de ox\u00edgeno es excesiva para reducir los \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno NOx. Por eso, los motores de gasolina no requieren de AdBlue para que funcione el catalizador de reducci\u00f3n, que es el que descompone los\u00a0NOx en ox\u00edgeno\u00a0y nitr\u00f3geno por separado.<\/p>\n<p>(Miren mezcla estequim\u00e9trica:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/glosario\/m\/mezcla.asp\">en el glosario de km77.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>En cambio, en los motores Diesel, la cantidad de ox\u00edgeno en los gases de escape es muy elevada y no se puede reducir, porque entonces la combusti\u00f3n ser\u00eda\u00a0p\u00e9sima y la cantidad de carbonilla excesiva.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo, para reducir, la emisi\u00f3n de \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno, para que pueda producirse esta reacci\u00f3n de reducci\u00f3n (oxidaci\u00f3n y reducci\u00f3n, recuerden) hay que a\u00f1adir una sustancia, b\u00e1sicamente urea, y que se conoce por su marca comercial AdBlue. La urea es un compuesto qu\u00edmico cuya f\u00f3rmula es\u00a0\u00a0CO(NH2)2 (copiada de la wikipedia) que sirve para disminuir la proporci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno en los gases de escape y conseguir de esta forma, disociar los \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno en el catalizador de reducci\u00f3n de los gases de escape.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta que lleg\u00f3 el Euro 6, pr\u00e1cticamente ning\u00fan coche llevaba catalizador de reducci\u00f3n en los gases de escape.<\/p>\n<p>Del art\u00edculo que escrib\u00ed hace unos d\u00edas \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.km77.com\/revista\/teletransporte\/seat-ateca-lanzamiento-cojo\/\">Posibles causas para un lanzamiento cojo<\/a>\u00ab, esta noticia de Expansi\u00f3n parece confirmar el motivo segundo, que era el que yo defend\u00eda)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les enlazo\u00a0la noticia que publica mi colega F\u00e9lix Garc\u00eda en Expansi\u00f3n y les cuento someramente la parte t\u00e9cnica.
