Recurro a ustedes en virtud de su infinita sapienza. Espero que sepan iluminarme.<\/p>\n<p>En mis clases de f\u00edsica aprend\u00ed que cuando el vector peso de un cuerpo se sale de la superficie que marca su punto de apoyo, se genera una par de fuerzas y el cuerpo vuelca. Por ese motivo, un cilindro se mantiene estable con facilidad y un cono invertido, apoyado sobre su v\u00e9rtice, se cae con seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Por ese mismo motivo, es m\u00e1s estable una moneda de un euro apoyada plana en el suelo que un cilindro formado por cien mil monedas de euro apoyado sobre una de sus dos bases.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien. Conocidos estos principios, todos tenemos claro que, cuanto m\u00e1s bajo se encuentre el centro de gravedad de un cuerpo, m\u00e1s estable ser\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pues m\u00e1s bien. Ahora resulta que la experiencia nos ense\u00f1a cosas distintas:\u00a0Los pilotos de trial sobre sus motos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando quieren mantener el equilibrio en parado, levantan el culo del sill\u00edn. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 les resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantener el equilibrio de pie sobre la moto, con el centro de gravedad m\u00e1s alto, en lugar de sentados sobre el sill\u00edn, para bajar el centro de gravedad todo lo posible? \u00bfEs m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantener el equilibrio cuando m\u00e1s inestable es el cuerpo?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9 que es as\u00ed y s\u00e9 que si yo intentara mantener el equilibrio en una moto parada me pondr\u00eda de pie sobre los estribos.
